I would just check briefly if she has stopped, she can’t possibly still be praying till now, I rested my head on the couch and closed my eyes, darkness was all I saw. I was no longer in my living room that i could tell but I was nowhere, this is supposed to be kaliyas dream still but it was empty and dark, I ran my hands in the air and saw that it wasn’t just nothing but fog, dark thick fog, she was still praying. If I was told i could get even more pissed off i would not have believed but I was even more pissed off than I was hungry, I needed to feed and Kaliya was more than enough but right now shw was forcing me out.

I couldn't believe the resemblance. Before I had a chance to react, Kali raced towards me and within a split second, she had her ice-cold hand tightly gripped around my neck and had lifted me into the air. I choked and wiggled my legs around as I gasped for air and tried to pull her hand away from my throat, but it was no use, her grip was like a boa constrictor. “Was you seriously just checking me out?” She snarled at me, the gold of her eyes getting brighter as white flecks began to form into circles around her pupils.

Kalan says nuzzling his nose in the crook of my neck. He loosens his hold and just when I thought he was letting me go, he held onto my leg tighter then I felt his tongue on my neck. He licked me, like a wolf would his territorial bride, see, I did pick up a few things. "Now I don't have to worry about anyone sniffing around you". Kalan was right, they did try to sniff around. Every person inside this stifling room has tried to sniff my scent, ending up disappointed and looking at Kalan.

kala stretched forth his palms, and a large silver chain wrapped round his palms. kala rushed at Zeus with kill intent and blood lust. He unleashed the chains wrapped round his palm and launched it at Zeus. In motion the top part of the chains transformed into a double edge axe with the other connected to the lower part of the chain. Zeus threw his right axe up into the sky, leaving his right hand free. He stopped and grabbed the axe launched at him by kala with his bare hand, and crushed it into smithereens. kala didn't stop there, already infront of Zeus launched an assailant kick against Zeus chest. Before his feet could connect to the latter chest, a kick sent to his face hurled him feet

“This is King Theron you are referring to. You are the enemy, and I actually feel sorry for you. No, he won’t just kill you. He will make sure you bleed from every corner of your body. Every hole you could possibly think of, and if you think you are out of holes, he’ll make new ones.” Khaisha scowls. “You are not helping, Kalb.” Kalb ignores her and keeps going. “And then he will cut out your eyes. He will make sure you experience every possible way to feel pain. He is not nice; he is a psychopath.” Hearing her call him a psychopath makes my entire body freeze. Yet, strangely, my skin prickles with a dark excitement at the thought of seeing that psychotic side of him. What is wrong with me?

Dan shouted, shifting Lesley and Iston's attention back to their earlier concern. "Iston! She lost consciousness!" Dan hollered. Kali was lying on the ground with her head held up by Dan. Iston immediately came over and checked the pulse on her neck. "She's still alive!" Iston announced and turned to Dan. "Carry her back to my clinic." But before Dan could stand up, Kali suddenly opened her eyes and choked him. In shock at what she did, Dan pushed and threw the old lady on the floor. They all watched as Kali slowly turned into something else... something not human... something monstrous.

I dodged the first, caught the second’s wrist, snapped it sideways with a wet crunch, then used his own dagger to slit the throat of the third before spinning and kicking the first across the field into a burning tree. I barely felt the bruises now. The pain made me sharper. Quicker. Faster. And I knew the truth they were only just learning: You don’t hunt Kala. You don’t trap her. You don’t send beasts made of bones and borrowed magic. Because Kala doesn’t run. Kala feeds. Kala burns. Kala ends empires. She cannot say a word because of the monster right before her eyes, she feels like Kala can devour her as a whole if he will. "You have been disobedient and a little out of the track, Sybil, and I do not understand why you are doing this, it is giving me a headache, I am completely dumbfounded with the way you do things lately," Kala said. Sybil does not know what is happening either, she does not even understand herself, it was a rollercoaster for her, and even if she does know what is happening, she doubts that Kala will even hear her out. Not when he is like this, he is looking at Sybil as if he will kill her without even batting an eye, and she knows very well that Kala will do that.

Kalina's POV "Alva, where are you?!" I ran into the forest, trying to find Alva's whereabouts, she said she had sneaked after me and got robbed here, so she ran into the forest. Before she could say the exact location, the phone went off and the machine is disconnected. Now it's too late to call the rescue team because my phone has lost signal, and the only way is to find Alva myself before she gets lost too deep into the forest, luckily this place is not available beasts, so the only scary thing is the bandits.

Zara’s POV The heat blasted against my face, searing and unnatural. The man shrieked, a sound so primal and agonizing it sent a fresh wave of nausea through my stomach. He dropped Kali instantly, clawing desperately at his chest and arms and entire head where white hot flames danced across his skin, feeding on air that seemed to twist and warp around him. Kali hit the ground hard, gasping for breath, her wide, terrified eyes fixed entirely on her own shaking hands. Wisps of gray smoke still curled lazily from her fingertips.
