In a flash Zeus was nowhere to be found. kala frowned, but later smiled seeing the destruction he just caused. He killed every god that opposed him, all except Rotimi Zeus. "Show your face pathetic coward!" kala yelled, laughing spontaneously. "Who?" he heard a response from behind. He turned and saw lucifer fall from above, with his wings spread out wide. A head in his grasp, sarraphina's head.

he asked, his tone softening into something almost tender. “I am sorry. But you have to do this, Calla. The twins are not what is best for the kingdom. Look around you … the war is tearing everything apart, and now I hear there is a plague spreading. People are dying in the villages. Rotting from the inside. We must save everyone. The Black Book is the key. With it, we can end the corruption, stop the suffering, and build something better. You know this.” Calla stood still under his hand, her body tense. His touch was gentle now, but she could feel the steel beneath it. She remembered the man who had taken her in when she had nowhere else to go.

His eyes find Calla, and I ssee the flicker of fear. She turns, her ears twitching, and her gaze lands on Caius lying a few feet away. My brother isn’t moving. My chest twists. Calla moves toward him without hesitation. Every step she takes feels deliberate. When she places her paw on his chest, that faint glow from her side spreads again, curling around him like mist. His body jerks once, then settles. I wait, barely breathing, until I see his chest rise. So she really is from a healer pack wiped out years ago, the old healer was right...I didn't believe it but seeing her right now...

Elena stepped forward, her golden aura reigniting as she raised her sceptre “And I’d rather burn than ever be with you.” Kal's smile twisted into a snarl. With a sharp motion, he slammed both palms together and the ground erupted. Torrents of black fire surged outward, swallowing stone and sky. Elena summoned a dome of light that deflected the brunt of the attack, but the shockwave knocked them both backward. They crashed to the earth hard, stones cracking beneath them. Kal descended like a god of death, summoning spears of obsidian shadow and hurling them at rapid speed. Liam rolled to the side, intercepting one with his blade. The explosion sent him skidding back.

KALILA’S POV “Oh no! Get that diary away from her!” Nova exclaimed with panic in her voice. I still couldn’t believe my eyes, I was so scared and everything in me was trembling. Wendy probably knew everything by now, about Dahlia, about me. She might even know that my name was actually Kalila! I was freaking out but I was too shocked to even do anything. “Don’t just stand there like a goof, go and take it away from her, Kalila!” Nova bellowed in my ears and suddenly jolted me out of my frightened thoughts.

I haven't seen him riding his motorcycle; did I miss it or does it appear that he's just starting out?

She stayed still that way and a drop of tear flow down her cheek. Doxie and the sorcerer looked confused but said nothing. Slowly, she withdrew her hand and wiped her tears. She needed more answers cause she wasn't satisfied at all. What really happened? Is she really not in control of her story anymore? Is Keisha now on the verge of revenge? "Have I being a bad person?" she asked in a whisper. All she thought she did was write a story. She never had an idea that it would one day turn against her and she would be the victim of a revenge plot by her female lead.

Calla's POV After school, I let Riven drive us back home. No one spoke much. The silence wasn’t awkward, just peaceful. I started seeing my flow in school, so I didn't want noise. When we got to the house, I went straight to my room. I dropped my bag near the desk without care, my heart already racing for something else. The frame. I reached for it almost immediately, fingers brushing over the wrapping as if I was afraid it might disappear.

Randu pushed deeper into the dagger. “Arrhhgggggg…” The laughter turned into a scream of pain. Like a madman in pain. Kalas rolled over and held his heart… he continued to scream, while fresh blood continued to flow from the wound caused by Randu's dagger. Randu stood up, looking pitifully at the figure of Kalas. Just a few moments later, the figure of Kalas stopped screaming…he is still holding his heart…and died wide-eyed. Randu approached Kalas and took her dagger. She cleaned it with soil first, then with the leaves that fell near the tree.
