Siren Mythical Creature Novels & Stories

The sun hung low over the Sardinian coast, casting golden light across the terracotta rooftops and olive groves. The air smelled of salt and rosemary, and the waves whispered secrets to the shore. It was the kind of evening that made even the most hardened hearts soften—except in the world of the Dons, where softness was weakness, and love was a liability.

They were traced back as soon as they heard of a hostage of the Serena that they found hovering in her city, and after harsh torture, he confessed to them that they had found their queen that would lead them to victory against the vampires. The enmity between the Vampire and Serran families has been around since the beginning of the formation. Sirens are an amphibious family from the descendants of Satan, able to live in water and land. They hunt ships, navigators, and every living creature that dares to penetrate the Bermuda Triangle until this geographical feature for humans became one of the most dangerous places that it is impossible to cross, where no ship, plane, or even a submarine cr

Death wouldn't even compare to what came next. Wind whipped my short-cropped hair. From up high I could see the endless horizon. We’d been chasing rumors of the siren Lirael for weeks. The siren who sang ships to their doom. Men spoke of her like : skin like moonlight on pearl, hair that shifted colors with the sea and a body that could drive a sailor mad. She’d sunk vessels full of hardened pirates. Now the Iron Kraken.. the so called meanest crew in these waters thought they could take her.

My hearing and eyesight improve as I swim around looking at my new home. “You can’t be a queen without people to rule.” I look at my father as he waves his hand and I watch thousands of people like me manifest from a shell he is holding. My people, the sirens. “You will rule the seas. You can go on land. Your power will be endless, Asteria. My daughter, the first siren. All humans and other shifters will fear you and your people, as you are the strongest.” I move closer to him and hug him, my tail wrapping around him.

Yesran walked along the shelves with wide eyes, her steps were slow, and then, not wanting to waste time, Yesran began to browse the books on the mythological shelf. Vampire. Nymph. Elves. Siren. And many more non-fiction books that tell the origin of mythological creatures from various continents. As many people know, vampires are blood-sucking predators, Elves are fairies who have extraordinary powers, and sirens are mythological creatures who guard the sea. Yesran put the book about Siren back on the shelf, then her fingers moved to the next books. Yesran's fingers stopped moving. Yesran's eyes narrowed when she saw the writing on the dark blue cover book.

Sirens were known to be translators of the Deities and that might be the reason they were so favored. Rony did not have any chance to remember everything about Highlands except the view when they were leaving. He could not perfectly describe it. Then, he entered Jade Island. As what he saw about Highlands, it did not match in what he saw in the Siren's place. This was magic meant to be. Dragons either flied or swam. And, unicorns were real.

A siren? How in the world was this possible? Sirens were never supposed to exist. They were bedtime stories that the elders decided to put in the pups' books so that they didn't wander into the ocean unsupervised. She was a monster from a children's book who lured unsuspecting enchanted humans to their deaths. There was no mistaking the alluring quality of her eyes or the seductive and confident body language.

He smiled and ruffled my hair. “It hurts, but I'm glad you and the princess are safe” he smiled at me. “I intentionally want us to spare that last assassin for investigation. I wanted him to eat his last meal before we get him arrested” I told Demetrius and he smiled. Getting him arrested won't be hard due to our sense of smell. Let him hide under the sea, Isidora will fetch him out. She is a siren witch by the way. A siren witch is an Aquatic creature. She can turn into a mermaid and can swim in the deepest ocean.

I tried not to think too hard on that bit of improvement. “Sadareen, your people might know her as the mother of all sirens. She is one of the few true immortals in this world.” Micah spoke with a detached voice, one that held a deadly edge. “The sirens of this world are not like those of your legends. They live in our oceans, and only emerge to feast. They are scaled, webbed creatures that covet beauty above all. The only way to hold back one of the few immortals is to curse them in some way, bind them to a physical form. Sadareen was once the spirit of the ocean, but make no mistake; she was not kind nor benevolent. The only way to stop the endless death was to bind her into a human form.
