Snake From Chamber Of Secrets 소설 & 이야기

I’m unable to scream again, so I pray the Snakes have heard me. ‘Scream like that again, and I’ll snap your neck!’ He hisses. His eyes are dark and have a murderous look in them. He has a tattoo near his eye of a spider. He must be a Spider Back. I tremble in fear, my cheek hurts, and my neck and throat hurt. ‘Zurielle!’ My name is called out. It’s the Snakes; they’re looking for me. They must have heard me scream and noticed the door of the Snake Pit still wide open.

Evelyn's POV In the dead of night, when the world was shrouded in darkness, a deadly king cobra had slithered into the tent, its presence as silent as a ghost. I lay frozen, my heart pounding in my chest, as the snake's unblinking eyes fixed on me, its gaze piercing through the darkness. Alexandra's sudden movement caught my attention, and I watched in horror as she pulled Kelly out of the tent, abandoning me to face the danger alone. Heaven watched, frozen in terror, as the snake crawled steadily towards me, its forked tongue darting in and out, sensing the air.

Leticia asked and Ginger spoke, "They lied, Leticia." "They are not wolves or witches. They are snakes..." Leticia made an awkward face, her eyebrows knitted in frustration. "Snakes?" she asked unaware. "Yes..." Garlic gave a nod. Leticia handed baby Xylus to Garlic and turned to walk towards her antique trunk. Opening it she looks for a book of spells. She had a book of monsters, the hybrid creatures. Turning its ancient pages she stopped at the picture of snake...which was on page number six hundred and sixty-six.

He raises his sword and I’m sure that’s the blade I had thought was the bolt of lightning in my delirious state that night, because it kind of fucking is. It connects with something, a menacing hiss fills the room, and the snake suddenly materialises, leaving everyone in the room shocked as blood rains down. Butt-naked, sorry-assed me tumbles out of it, and is dumped unceremoniously on the ground. Wow, I look ridiculous. I do have a nice peach though. “Oh, my god!” Charlotte gasps. “Sky! Fuck! Charlotte, call Alejandro Rossi!” The rest is roughly how I remember it…

Blood sacrifices beneath a full moon, live animals, and even the bones or teeth of the dead. Kimberly let out a blood curdling scream. “S-Snakes?” Tried as she might to wrench open the door, it didn’t so much as budge. I tipped my head to the side, watching the onyx-colored snakes, their eyes black as night, slither up Kimberly’s body. Their bodies coiled around her arms and legs, fangs sinking in deep. She let out a low, pained moan. I closed the final feet of distance between us, so eager to try out my plan that I could feel my magic quivering. Before I could grab her arm and inspect the dark spell mark myself, a grating voice sounded several feet from behind.

“You’re too old to be playing in the rain.” He literally pulls me back to the warehouse where the roof covers our heads. The wind howls as he looks me up and down incredulously. “What happened?” I bring my hands to myself and quiver though the quivering has nothing to do with the cold. “Snakes,” I say through chattering teeth. “Marty keeps snakes hidden in his sleeves. In his SLEEVES!” The thought of the snake staring at me with its reptilian eyes sends a shiver down my spine.

"I found them inside the residence of the Chester." After his brief meeting with Little Veen, he made a detour to Chester's residence. He sneaked into Helena's room and that was how he knew about her hidden lair. Inside her wardrobe, he found a box containing the already dried-up snake skins. The box was sealed with layers of spells that repelled people from opening it.

Nina abruptly turns around and looks at the source of the sound. At this glance, she is almost screaming with fright! At the back of the chaise lounge, a large black snake is spitting out its tongue, erecting its upper body, hissing and inching towards her! Its triangular head looks very ferocious, and its neck swells and bulges with the pattern in the shape of glasses. Cobra! This is a cobra! Nina is too scared to move, for fear that any action of her own will lead to the fierce attack of the cobra!

Typical. Forget it... I'd take a bath first. A general must recover before battle. *** The bathing chamber was... odd. The tub wasn't centered like a respectable wash basin should be. Instead, it was pressed to one side, with a glass door guarding a second tiny room beside it. Suspicious. I slid the glass door aside and stepped inside. A narrow space. Cold tiles. A single silver snake hung from above—limp, dangling, motionless. Was it dead? A warning symbol? Some kind of assassin's trap?

He pulled back, a sickening snap of silk and silver echoing through the room. He didn't stop to look. He scrambled out the side window, dropping into the shadows of the ivy, and vanished into the night. On the floor of the gallery, lying in a pool of moonlight beneath the incorrectly mounted astrolabe, was a single silver swan. The Cigna was left behind.
