*Roar* The banshee could only watch helplessly as Mane slapped towards its head. Mane’s left leg which had delivered the stamp was still on the banshee’s feet to keep it in place. The slap reached the banshee in a fraction of a second, and its head was forcefully torn off. Mane then turned to Dan and said, pleased with his harvest: “Now that was a hunt.”

“It’s best to come with us before the others find you.” Others? “Listen, I think you have the wrong girl. I’m just a bounty hunter.” I pushed Lukas a little, and I took in the men in front of us. They were all wearing the same clothing style as the men who had met us in the bar close to the industrial sector, but what stood out was a small pin they all had on their left breast—an owl in flight. Tyler’s POV: The hunt was going better than expected. The forest, shrouded in twilight, was eerily silent except for the occasional crackle of leaves beneath our boots and the distant rustle of branches overhead. We had already taken down several animals, their lifeless forms marking a trail deeper into the woods. Yet, there was an unsettling weight in the air, an offbeat silence that I couldn’t ignore. My brothers and I moved in sync, our senses sharp, scanning for our next target.

While it didn't seem as though he was doing anything to find Silvio, he was actually spending his time uncovering a secret network that Silvio had developed to keep himself hidden. When I made this discovery, I knew I needed to help. With Ash's access, Hunter's information, and my hacking abilities, we were able to uncover many assets that Silvio had. You shall always find your way back here! Preparations for housing of each pack has been made so after the prize, you are free to retire to the chambers provided to you or return to your pack.”

The sun fell into the horizon and spread soft shades of gold all over the sprawling grounds of Hampton Annual Hunt. This was the exclusive event in which students coming from every nook and corner of the city gathered at the grand entrance gates of Hampton Estate and chatted excitedly with each other. The Hunt was a very famous event reserved only for wolves and their friends and a few lucky humans who got in to view the spectacle. But to the wolves, it wasn't a game. It was a test of skill and strength and cunning combined.

“In this game, each school will choose four members. The four of them will partake in a hunt relay, whereby one member races through the woods to find the hidden items on the map. When they find the first item, they tag the next member, and it continues until the last. You can start anywhere. There are ten items, and the first school to get all ten or more of the hidden items wins. Game on, and good luck!” With that, the teams went to their respective spots for the games. Since Hazel helped score a point for Howlstone, she was chosen for the hunt relay games, hoping she would work her magic on the Husk High captain again. Hazel felt terrible throughout the race, and she couldn’t stop thinkin
