When it came closer, I noticed that it was a tangle of limbs and teeth, it even looked like a spider, and had more legs than a centipede. With each step it took, it only became bigger and bigger and it’s prescence would make anyone fear. It’s whole body was fully armored, it was as if it was segment like a millipede, how very disgusting, and what about its head? It’s head was very big, bigger than that of an octopus, it’s eyes were more than six, and all of them glowed with a reddish colour. As it got closer, it screeched, a very loud sound that drilled deep into my head, and charged immediately.

I must be dreaming, none of this can be real. Images of arachnophobia flooded my mind as I laid helpless watching two spider leg looking things slowly reach towards either side of my head.

Matthew asked. For that question, the presence got closer to them and slowly revealed itself. It was a spider that had the torso and head of a human female on top of the spider’s torso. The spider was black with dark brown hair like a tarantula and the woman had fair and white skin with black hair. Her black hair reached her waist and she had eight eyes on her face, two of them normal human eyes with red irises and the other six were red semispheres placed around her main eyes. The spider’s head had the same feature only that they were all red semispheres. In short, it was a mixture of beauty and monstrosity in one body with it going more on the monster side.

And then I saw it. Emerging from the shadows at the far end of the corridor was a spider. But it wasn’t just any spider. This thing was massive—its body the size of a small car, its legs long and spindly, tipped with razor-sharp points that clicked against the stone as it moved. Its eyes, all eight of them, glowed a sickly yellow, fixed on me with a predatory hunger. I froze, my breath catching in my throat. “Run, little witch,” Jacob’s voice whispered, almost tender.
