A stone whistled past my ear and struck a pine tree by my left. He had started using the catapult and from the distance and aim, he was good. I zigzagged through tress and a low branch hit my face so hard, my vision blurred a bit. I didn't have time to examine the scratch neither did I have spare energy for that.

The mutagen that had just been injected into his system, was supposed to mess was his DNA and give him superhuman abilities so he could be recruited to serve under the master. Master Xersius's plan was to create people with superhuman abilities that would be solely under his control, with which he could take over the world. They would serve him without question like brainless robots because he had mind control powers,he was an extraterrestrial after all. He had taken a mad scientist, Dr James Hogwarts into his control and was using the man to create the mutagen which would build him superhuman weapons and Jeremy unfortunately happened to fall prey as the first human guinea pig.

I really want to believe the cure will fix me now.” He settled next to the long couch, closer to Brian. “Dad, I think his name is Brian Hopper, a newbie detective. He’s friends with Janelle, Delta, and Wolfram. Forgive him a bit.”

His 19-year-old assistant seemed better than those with 100 years of experience. "There's a barrier of water that I wasn't able to break through. Do you know anyone with a special power that can help or do you know any intel on the Red Night pack?" Xander asked sternly and Huenace trembled at his words before he answered.
