Soul Eaters

Soul Eaters

As soon as it loosened its grip, I shoved it off me as hard as I could, then scrambled back before it could regain its composure. A hand grasped my arm and for half a second, I fought it with all my power thinking it was another Eater. I allowed the hand to help me up and gave Tom a grateful look as I settled on my shaky legs. I turned back to the Soul Eater and saw that it was starting to stand up again. Before I could do anything to incapacitate it, a gun came into view and the next thing I knew Tom stopped the creature with a shot to the head. I whirled around to him and gave him an angry look that darkened when I caught the look of glee on his face. "We don't kill them!" I shouted at him

Burdak - The Alpha Warrior

Burdak - The Alpha Warrior

Uwal slapped him hard…and he staggered, but Rames is finally able to open his eyes, he looked confused and looked around. “Kalas…? Early?" He is shocked and confused. “I got over it… now you take water from the living garden pond…now!” Uwal's orders… he is already holding the handle of the sword stuck in Randu's stomach. She is still moaning, now with her eyes closed. Maybe in a second, Rames had disappeared..he is running so fast…and in the next blink he had come with a soot filled with water. It seems that the water is the water that Uwal meant, because the god nodded in affirmation.

The Game of Heavens and Earth

The Game of Heavens and Earth

We were locked into a standoff with our weapons trained at each other. “A sword brave and a thunder brave?” Cutler said incredulously. “That’s new.” “He must be Takemikazuchi’s Brave,” Hikaru said. “The god of thunder and swords from our homeland.” Wilt narrowed his eyes. Judging from his frowned face and the fact that he lived in Japan, it must be true. “Careful, he’s godly strong, but not as strong as power braves.” “How do you know that?” Masaru asked.

Apaurushya

She looked at him, jiggling his saber around for a quick warm-up, "I must say, that's weapon looks exquisite, Mister Damaged." "Thanks, I got this new weapon not too long ago!" Creed honestly explained his intent. "Since you also use swords, I will try to learn from you! So you better not hold back..." The good and mysterious fact about Soul-Armas was that they were weapons that automatically fit in the user's hands. It would save the user's time in learning its basic handling and skills. That's why Soul-Armas was so popular, it was like muscles would automatically generate a muscle memory for the weapon. The only thing left for the user was to increase their expertise with it. Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.

I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

Amaris

Amaris

Amaris “Ugh,” I groan as I land on the dark gray mat covering the floor of the gym within the training grounds. “Come on, Princess,” Zach goads, knowing that I absolutely hate that nickname. “If you can’t stay on your feet while fighting me, how do you plan to take on our enemies, or any other threat?” “Fuck you!” I snarl as I flip, landing back on my feet and immediately charging him, launching into a roundhouse kick, barely holding back a laugh as he drops to the floor with a groan of his own.

In search of true heart

In search of true heart

Ram, Nand, and Vipula were locked in their own fierce battles. The masked man's followers swarmed them, but each team member stood resilient, their unique weapons turning the tide in their favor. Ram wielded a double-edged sword, its blade humming with energy. He moved with a ferocity that belied his calm demeanor, each swing of his sword sending enemies sprawling. His strikes were precise, each blow calculated to incapacitate rather than kill, reflecting his disciplined nature. As attackers closed in, he parried and countered with an almost supernatural speed, the sword's glow illuminating his path through the chaos.

His Blood

His Blood

He caught his mace as it passed over her head and was about to bring it down just as she tumbled forward and out of the way. Ruben grunted in annoyance- he almost had her- while Arisa smirked. Arisa stood up straight and changed her previous position. Her left hand faced her opponent as she squated down, left leg out and right one underneath her, and in her right hand she held her sword. She launched her whole body at Ruben. She went for a straight jab but u dodged to the left. Arisa turned, swinging her sword for momentum, and slashed at Ruben.

Enigmatic Resurrection

Enigmatic Resurrection

Turning in Rebeca’s direction, Selene asked in a curious tone, “What kind of sword is this? It is not an ordinary sword.” “Of course this is the blessed sword of Seraphim. Only a few high-rank angels have the power and ability to use it. It can destroy all dark energy with a single touch of it,” Rebeca explained till looking in the direction of Dad. What next happened was unexpected for all of us. Dad charged Armaros with that sword and in a swift motion, he cut two wings of Armaross with that Sword and surprisingly Armaros couldn’t even dodge his attack. He was faster than him.
