"Hmm...it looks nice. Affordable, too, which is good for us. Are you planning to visit tomorrow?" "Yeah," I say, nodding. "I want to check it out before work, just to make sure it’s as good as it seems." Nanny smiles, patting my hand. "Good. We need a fresh start, Bella. This place has been good to us, but it’s time for something new." I smile back, grateful for her support. "I agree. I just hope everything works out. "It will," she assures me. "Now, make sure you get some rest tonight. You have a big day tomorrow—checking out the apartment and surviving another day with your mysterious little charge." ---------------------------

On the screen, JJ opened the door, and they crept into the dark tunnel. It was on the side of a mountain and they’d had to battle untold numbers of dwarves, werefolk, and magical constructs as they climbed the narrow track through snow and battering winds. “Slow,” Dianna whispered. “Remember the trap.” She didn’t need to whisper. The monsters hiding in the dark on the screen couldn’t hear her voice, but this was a momentous occasion, and it felt only right to whisper.

Mandy's POV "Oh my god did you see that?" Marialle exclaimed as if she was seeing something incredible. " See what?" I asked in my not very interested tone. I didn't bother looking in the direction of her eyes. "Come on! that guy who just arrived. He is so fucking handsome. He is like a king... God or whatever... "she said with dreamy eyes while looking dreamily at a total stranger whom she finds godlike or king, what did she just say?

"I'm going to miss that crazy old shit so much, but it's good though. Haldir's been just sitting around this fucking place waiting on you to show up for two years now. He misses his kids a lot and...well, I know he'll be happy to get back to them again." Mory cleared her mouth with her tongue and nodded. Even though she knew that the promises Haldir made were too good to be true, it stung to have the last traces of hope suddenly ripped away. "Yeah, I bet he will be. It can't be easy on him to be so far away like this." Bose burped out the many pints he drank then took a deep breath. "Are you excited about meeting them all?" Mory nodded as she chewed. "Mmm-hmm. Definitely. You know, uh, I've

I thank her before leaving and rush to re-join Arya. Arya seems to be lost in her head, running her fingers around the rim of her mug. I hide the bag behind my back, “Hey, are you okay?” she jumps when she hears my voice, not expecting, “Did you get lost in the bathroom?” she laughs. “I may have told you a little white lie. I wasn’t using the restroom,” I reply sweetly. She is confused by my words, “Then where were you?” I put my ass back on my seat, sitting the gift bag on the table between us, “For you.” She is taken back but brings the bag to her, opens it and pulls the box out.

‘This is gonna be a little brutal depending on what we will be facing so I hope you’ll stay and watch it. [Go on! I want content and wanna learn!] [Why are they so cowardly?] [Just wait… They’ll be entering soon. I’m placing my bets on a banshee or something like a spider] [A spider? You serious?] and comments from the 4 people continue to come. They walk into the building while showing the camera around. The person who resembled Yasuhiro says- ‘Try finding something over there. I have a feeling that something ominous is there.’ ‘Sure.’ Says the boy holding the camera and enters one of the starting rooms.

We just turned off the street when a huge explosion could be heard coming from behind us, causing the whole ground to shake, I look back seeing barrels of smoke fill the air, fear immediately making its way through me. "Don't worry about that doll, people down there are always doing stuff like that" he simple says, answering my question before I asked it, I look over at him where his face was just straight, turning us into the dual carriage way. We drive for around half an hour, until we turn in to what looked like an abandoned road, right at the end was a car with Aidan and the new guy Thomas waiting outside. Anthony pulls up telling me he won't be long before getting out with them, Aidan w

I just need to wait a little longer. Tobin uses his magic to help move Jasmine’s body, levitating her into the air as the two of them stroll off down the bank of the boardwalk into the thick brush. I shudder, not wanting to know what they are going to do to her? What about Jasper? Or her family? What will they think when they realise she is missing or someone finds her body? Will there even be a body to be found?

Almost. Then, a scream ripped through the idyllic scene. A high, keening wail that sliced through the quiet like shattered glass. I slowly abandoned The Hobbit. From the safety of the porch door, I cautiously looked past my yard. My parents' house was nestled on the corner of two quiet residential streets, usually peaceful, so the ear-piercing cry rang like a bell of despair.

Somewhere in a reality, beyond this broken nightmare Thornes extraction teams received a signal they had never expected—coordinates to a place that shouldn't exist and a message: "We're coming home. Get ready.”
