After living with humans for seventeen years, Zaya was not excited when her parents told her they were joining the Blood Moon Pack, months before her eighteenth birthday. According to them, this was the best the best move to make. Being in a pack would prepare her to meet her wolf and teach her everything she needed to know about pack life.
