Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Beast

Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Beast

They held **Books**. Real paper. Real ink. In the center of the room, sitting at a small wooden desk, was the Librarian. She looked exactly the same—the grey bun, the spectacles, the calm expression. She looked up from her ledger and smiled. "Welcome back, Kaima," she said. "I see you’ve brought the rest of the cast." "Librarian, help us," I gasped, leaning against a shelf. "They’re trying to delete us. They say we're just props."

Ava

Ava

She was a wolf who didn't know how to be a wolf. When she still didn't sense anything, she rushed to her feet and ran out of the room. The library seemed empty now. How long had she been out? What had they done to Zeke while she had been asleep? "The others should be going to their training sessions now." She twirled around to the vampire who'd appeared out of nowhere. "I appreciate that you want to study, but next time, don't lose track of time," the librarian added. She wanted to ask what the hell she was talking about when she realised they were probably being watched or the Council was near. Maybe the librarian knew about Mr Hansson’s means of spying.

THE ALPHA'S REPLACEMENT MATE: UNWANTED LUNA HAS A SON

THE ALPHA'S REPLACEMENT MATE: UNWANTED LUNA HAS A SON

Just like that omega. ‘Whatever...’ I didn’t linger of the librarian and focus on my goals for today. Lucian was at home with Jared which I made sure that he wasn’t stepping out of the house or eventually call for an omega to watch over Lucian. No matter how much I find others more trustworthy than Jared, it doesn’t change that I have to work with him in raising Lucian. ‘It’s quiet.’ My fingers pause on the touchpad as I listened to the sound of nothing in the air. Asides the chatters coming from outside and the librarian’s footsteps with her faint hums, the library was utterly quiet.

A promising story but an incomplete one. The ending is just a sharp cut off there's no real conclusion to the storyline nothing is resolved or answered if the author is serious about writing then they need to revise this and wrap everything up until then this is just a huge waste of time and talent

Selena has her heat and Jared didn't disrespect her by taking her without her consent no tricks. I wish for Jared to become the Alpha he can be with Selena by his side being the strong Luna that rightfully she should be over the pack. Lucian and his father should still have a relationship.

Bound To The Cruel Alphas (SPICY)

Bound To The Cruel Alphas (SPICY)

I acted like I didn’t notice them. Just ignore them. Just read and ignore them. More students noticed me over the next hour. I heard more whispers and I got more stares. I stayed in that chair for three hours, trying not to let their whispers and stares get to me. I read about old traditions, about how wolf packs used to honor the moon, about customs that had been forgotten over time. It was interesting enough to keep me distracted, at least partially. Then the librarian approached my table. She was an older woman with gray hair pulled back in a tight bun. She looked at me with disgust, like I'd personally offended her by existing in her library.

Carter straightened, her expression professional once more. “Don’t stay too late. The library closes in an hour.” As she walked away, her hips swayed subtly beneath her tailored skirt, and you couldn’t help but watch her go. Fatimah followed your gaze, her eyebrows raised. “She’s… intense,” Fatimah murmured, her voice laced with amusement. You chuckled, shaking your head. “Yeah, she’s definitely not your average librarian.” The next hour passed in a blur of note-taking and whispered discussions. The library grew quieter still, the occasional footsteps of a janitor echoing down the aisles.

Nemesis Of The Lycan Triplets

Nemesis Of The Lycan Triplets

Unfortunately for us, Diana hadn’t taken the book seriously when she had acquired it first. Even though she was a young child, she hated lies disguised as truths in stories; she had thought the Quafar one, only to be told it was not. We were both discovering that most books in the library were true. Did most people in the community know that too? “We are being watched.” Diana stated next, coming to a halt. “I know, but I don’t think we should remain standing and looking around; it would tip them off. I think we should keep going.” I think we shouldn’t worry; it is a good watch. I added to myself.

"Where is the book?" Daniel and winter had mentioned seeing her with a book on the day they sighted her but the librarian didn't let her take the book, they were not certain. According to Winter, when they came back for the book, the librarian had told them that the book was just for reading and it was professional than she took it to her drawer. "I don't know what you are talking About." I shrugged. "Don't play dumb with me frog, you wolves don't know what you are getting yourselves involved in." she let out a laugh and an evil one by the way.

Of Pillows and Pampering

Of Pillows and Pampering

The storage room was coated in dust and was so dirty one could not even find a spot to place one’s feet. The girl with ponytails obediently remained quiet. Blair stood in a defensive position beside the door. Through the gap in the door, Sally watched as the guard who had taken the bribes unlocked the gates. The reporters rushed in like a swarm of locusts. Some entered the elevators, while some began searching the grounds. In an instant, the library seemed as if it had been swarmed by the locust plague. Darkness and unthinkable words swirled through the air. “What should we do?”

I fell in love with this book the moment I started, however, I feel like its starting to drift apart from its main characters and story, still very romantic but I hope the author doesn’t drag it too much! High respect to the author still!

The Watchmaker's Will"

The Watchmaker's Will"

Anaya yelled, her eyes locked on the dark silhouette of Christ Church looming at the far end of the square. Vikram reached into his leather satchel, his fingers brushing past the cold glass of the vial before gripping the shattered silver pocket watch they had pulled from the underground vault. The metal casing was burning hot now, the internal friction of its forced counter-rotation melting the intricate brass gears within. He raised the watch toward the advancing line of shadow entities and slammed his thumb down on the master winding crown.

The Watch That Ended Us

The Watch That Ended Us

On New Year's Eve, she stayed in Marcus's room to keep him company and did not come home all night. At his son's parent-teacher meeting, she and Marcus attended together like a loving couple. Even when she traveled for work, she forgot to buy me a gift but remembered Marcus's measurements and bought him a suit. Whenever I questioned her even slightly, she accused me of having a dirty mind and insisted she was only taking normal care of him. A few days ago, I saw the purchase record for that fifty-two-thousand-dollar watch. I thought she had finally thought of me. Instead, reality slapped me hard across the face.
