The Lycans Mate Novels & Stories

Something that looked like a man watching the ground disappear beneath his feet and not yet understanding that he was falling. His eyes searched mine, desperate for an explanation or denial, anything that would make that moment not real. My fingers curled into a fist as my heart twisted painfully. The bond pulled at my chest, frantic and desperate, straining against the distance between us, demanding something I refused to give. “Don’t,” I muttered to myself. “Don’t you dare. He deserves this. They all do. This is not your world, Keren. It was never your world. You are a human woman who made the mistake of believing a Lycan when he said the word mate meant something.”

____________________ Back at the Lycan clan, the Lycan king, Marius was a middle-aged man. He was tall and handsome and had beautiful cobalt-blue eyes. A ruthless man and he ruled the Lycan clan with an iron fist. The Lycans were usually stronger than the werewolves but they were extremely strong due to the workload he'd make them do and the Lycans hated him. He had a mate, Eliza. An extremely beautiful woman with blonde hair and deep black coloured eyes, she was tall as well. She was a daughter of a noble and rich Lycan father. She and Marius had been mated since she was eighteen and he was twenty. But she was as ruthless as her husband and more cunning than he was. She was the mother of t

If she would accept him as her mate. Unlike normal werewolves, who felt a pull to their mate, was destined for them, Lycan’s chose mates. Oftentimes they had several mates in the pursuit of creating as many offsprings as possible, something he had not and likely would not be successful in. Other times they took life mates. After finishing the meat, Viper made his way back onto the ship with it in hand. Placing most of it into the large cooler, he prepared to cook the rest for the evening meal. He'd just began to smoke the meat when the young male came in.

I said doing my best not to buy into her delusion because it only had one ending and it is tragic. “That’s how it starts, that’s how it started with Jayden and me,” She tried to convince me. I rolled my eyes. “Yeah right, are you forgetting the part where he is your mate, don’t push it, woman,” I responded. “He can be your mate too, you never can tell,” “He can’t, I have a mate remember? More like I had and you know him,” “Ari, don’t dismiss it like it can’t happen, there is always a second chance and this might be yours,”

So i decided to rest a little. But the moon goddess had other ideas for me because i heard noises and footsteps coming down the stairs. The broken door was still broken so they just walked in. Alpha Sol and Alpha Nick, walked in. Alpha Nick was only twenty one but was soon going to take over the pack. He was handsome and charming and everyone hoped he will be their mate. I won't lie, I have always fantasized about him being my mate and rescuing me from my misery. In my perfect imagination I would become his wife and will take my rightful place besides him ruling the Pack.

"You see? I'm not bleeding to death because you're here. Only my mate could do that." First, I had come here to rant about my lineage, and now I was learning that I was the King's fated mate. The one who would calm his madness and bear him an heir to replace him. The signs had been there from the very beginning. I thought the Lycan was having another episode, or maybe this was the reaction of the mate bond. We had been told that mate bonds between Lycans were not the same as those between ordinary werewolves. Lycans felt the pain more strongly and were ready to submit to their mates at any point, offering complete protection no matter the cost.

My head became a breeding den of horrifying scenarios as I walked through identical corridors, a memory of my past instantly declined this notion. “Lycans only get one mate in their long lives, Shyl. It’s almost impossible for them to have children without them, so they never leave their mates.” Raymond’s lessons about different species didn’t include the term Erasthai. Otherwise, I would have realized long ago that King Maddox was looking after me like a responsible mate. My pregnancy was a hindrance that didn’t let me feel divine sensations related to the mate-bond, my previous relationship with Raymond was still haunting me with its shadows.

The Lycan's Secret Mate 7. Troubled Raquel. The Lycan King Liam sat at the head of the council table, his keen eyes scanning the room as the elders discussed important matters. His attention was briefly drawn to a commotion at the back of the room where a group of young omegas were laughing and joking around, but he quickly refocused his attention back to the matter at hand. One of the elders cleared his throat and addressed Liam. "Your Majesty, it has come to our attention that you have yet to take a mate. We have decided that it is time for you to mate and produce an heir for our pack. We have selected a mate for you."

I shrugged, "Well, my sister brings me books to read and I kind of call him whenever I have questions so I am pretty confident in your culture now" Traian wanted to deliver some books about Shifters to my sister and pack it for me because I still didn't tell him my address for the past two years but I refused. I am afraid someone might have opened those books and read the contents. I don't want to risk anything. Instead, my sister brings the books she has to their house. That's what I read and I finally know about Traian being a Lycan. I still find it hard to believe that I am mated to a Lycan—a superior kind from Shifters. They are stronger, have lived longer than the others, and have a dis

It would always be either that lycans have lycans as their mates or they will be mateless! Due to this very reason of them being mated to beings of their race, lycans were always conservative and interference from external races into their matters wouldn't go well with them. And having mates from other races was out of question. All they cared was about themselves and would not tolerate anyone in the periphery of their territory. That was the prime reason Lucas was afraid to lose his mate! He would not harm her but if any other lycans would get a whiff that Lucas had got a mate from some other race, they would try to kill her! Not directly! It was quite obvious that they didn't have guts to
