Zinedine muttered more to himself, forcing himself not to roll his eyes and rather just close his eyes, he didn't make any attempt to block the incoming tails, rather he stayed where he was and then before the more than two tails could touch him and Samira, he summon one of his wolves, his white wolf— the millennium wolf— who counter the tails coming towards them in speed, immediately the tails touches the white wolf, it slowly began to absorbs it.

"Sienna, are you really sure you want them to see my memories?" Her expression stiffened as I continued, "I want to see them. I want to see how you, and all of them, can enjoy everything with such clear consciences." My gaze swept past Lorcan and landed on the two wolves behind him. One was my brother by blood and Beta of the Moonshadow pack, Arwen Griffin. The other was my childhood sweetheart, who once promised to protect me forever, the pack's Gamma, Maverick Wulfe. They had once been the most important wolves of my life. But now, they were Sienna's most loyal supporters.

Coming outside, I see Aiden’s eyes turn big when he sees Sierra. She drops my clothes in front of him, and he quickly packs them before turning his attention back to us. “Goddess, you are truly a beautiful wolf. Hello Sierra, I am honored to meet you. And I know Zeus is waiting impatiently to meet you.” He scratches her ear, then he takes off his shorts and packs them, closing the back, and shifts.

Pulling her to me, I kiss them away as I hold her tightly to me. But the sound of war rages on around us and I know that we have to get back. Sienna shifts and I stop to stare at her. Her wolf is white as snow, but whereas most wolves have amber eyes or bright blue, hers are the same icy silver as they usually are. But it is the weird mark on the side of her neck that catches my attention the most. Yet now is not the time to dwell on it. Running back we are just in time to finish the fight. I see two of our members laying dead and I feel sorrow for the loss of them and for their family's pain, but if I am being honest, I also feel relief that it was not any of my family.

LIAM The steel door blasted off its hinges, slamming against the concrete floor with a deafening crash. Thin smoke drifted through the air, laced with the stench of blood, poison, and stale sweat an odor that set every nerve in my body on edge. Three rogue wolves turned at once, their eyes glowing crimson, fangs bared. And in the center of the room, the sight before me made my heart nearly stop. Sienna.

Zeus and Thaddeus's heart skipped a beat, and their breath caught in their throat when their eyes landed on their beautiful mate. Aiden's wolf peaked out from behind a tree before slowly stepping out. Thaddeus was in awe as he looked at the most stunning wolf he had ever seen. Aiden's Wolf was all white with the brightest sparkling blue eyes. It took Thaddeus a moment to snap out of his trance and scoop his jaw off the ground.

Atlas growled, his aching wails ringing through the walls. Heat surged through my veins, searing, wild, and alive. My shackles rattled violently, light seeping from my skin, white and silver like moonfire. My wolf, Kira, stirred inside, her voice a growl in my chest: ‘Break them, Val. Break her.’ Sienna raised her dagger again, aiming for his throat. And that was it. I didn’t think, I let the storm take me.

“Would you please help me with the kids, guys? I’m gonna take her to the apartment now. If she sobers up, we’ll come back later. If not, I’ll let her sleep.” Siel instantly protested, “No, just give me coffee… please… I don’t want to miss the storytelling time!” “I agree, V. Myron and R will start telling stories soon and Siel might miss it,” Di piped up as she continued drinking wolf wine. “Wait… Myron your Personal Assistant and R are here? So, they’re wolves too? Are they mates?!” mumbled Siel, already half-asleep. “Yes, they are, Elena,” chuckled V, handing her a cup of very strong potent coffee, with her preferred amount of sugar and cream. “Now drink up…”

Layla and Aiden had spent most of the day together. He had help her bandage her burn wound and then after he showed her a bit more of their territory. At first it was a bit awkward between them, but the more they spoke to one another the less awkward it became. Aiden had learned that layla was a very sweet and kind of shy person with a bit of a dry humor, but he liked it and layla learned that Aiden seemed intimidating and cold, but he had a soft spot for everyone he loved, he also seemed a lot gentler than his exterior made him come forth.
