The Rules Of Mistletoe Mga Nobela at Kwento

Celeste darts her glaring eyes to mine and I swear her previously pale blue eyes are now electric. "Plinio Murray, hear me good because I won't repeat. I don't trust you so I'm going to set some rules for you to abide by." She takes off the cap of the red gel pen and writes 'rules' at the top of the page in cursive handwriting. Even her writing is pretty. Too bad she's a crude person disguised as an elf. "Rule number one," she begins writing with the green pen. "You can't touch me." "Excuse me? You just slapped my hand." I point at the back of my now red hand.

Margie's curiosity grew gradually when the word 'magical' came out from the Alpha's tiny lips. "One of the facts is the existence of these mistletoes. According to my mom, these mistletoes will grow if a male wolf come here with his fated mates. It becomes the symbol that they are destined to be together." Bastian explained while touching a few of mistletoes that grew longer. As she listened to the fact, the she-wolf felt the heart was pounding, but it was not harder like it used to be. Then, she tried to control herself, so that her nervousmess could not be obvious. "Do you believe it??" She demanded an exact answer.

The bartender asked while smiling sheepishly. “One glass of margarita for me,” Tessa replied and kept her purse on the table. “And two glasses of Mimosa.” Lily added, she knew what Mila wanted. They always ordered Mimosa at the club. “Right away,” the bartender replied and turned to get to work. Suddenly, Lily turned to face the door, and she sighted him. At first, she wasn't certain whether it was Carson or not because he was looking hotter than the first day she saw him.

Just heavy green silence. A teacher stood at the front. “Listen up. The Dark Forest is not ordinary. The trees here are magic. Keep spells small and controlled. Do **not** cross the red boundary markers. Stay with your partner. Game rules: find and secure enchanted flags. Return to base camp by sunset. Most flags wins. Questions?” None. We disembarked in a clearing. Mist clung to the ground. Red ribbons marked a wide perimeter—maybe two kilometers across. Maps were handed out, compasses too.

This is quite interesting, at least it explains why Sebastian, another cousin of Niko's has a different last name. “It is not in the mafia rules, it’s in the Salvatore family rules, each family has their own set of rules, a way to govern their families and listing traditions and obligations, duties and the like” Say what now...? I scratch my head, “It’s just new things with this family every day isn’t it?” I say with a wide smile that I don’t mean taking back my daughter. Tommy pokes my cheek with his index finger “You don’t know the half of it, I was born here and I still learn new rules every other day” We share a look and laugh before looking away.

“What is it for?” “You don’t know the legend of the mistletoe?” Corey asked, surprised. Serendipity shook her head, so he began to explain. “Well, it’s tradition, in some parts, I suppose, that… when a couple stands beneath the mistletoe… the gentleman is supposed to kiss the lady. That’s all.” “Oh,” she repeated herself, this time her tone completely different.

She said handing us a piece of paper with the rules. Utopia Rules #1 No use of ANY magic nor VIOLENCE on peers #2 No sneaking out after curfew #3 Small animals ONLY(no larger than a cat) #4 No attacking humans #5 No Biting #6 No experimenting on peers(Only if allowed with an instructor.) #7 No flying upon 200ft #8 No Broomstick flying above 100 ft

A weird little community ritual. Instead, it felt like stepping into a battlefield, with Maya as commander, her rainbow crew as loyal lieutenants, and me standing like a rookie who didn’t even know the rules. And the worst part? Somehow, some way, I knew this wasn’t going to stay “yearly, secret, pointless.” It was going to get personal. Nia clapped again, bright and cheerful. “Alright, everyone, wrap it up. Soon we shall lie the candles and read out the anonymous message written on each paper, remember it's for fun and nothing should be used against anybody, secrets stay secrets”

Amidst the revelry, the strains of joyous carols mingled with the soft laughter of children, weaving a tapestry of holiday magic that enveloped the city in a luminous embrace. As the night unfolded, a hush descended upon both Maria and Asmo, their thoughts converging on a shared moment of longing and unspoken yearning. Beneath the verdant boughs of mistletoe, their hearts intertwined across the vast expanse that separated them, drawn together by the ineffable pull of the holiday spirit. The soft glow of candlelight bathed their surroundings in a warm, golden hue, casting a tender glow upon the whispered wishes that unfurled into the night.
