Everyone was making preparations for the festival. I worked with the rest of the workers before heading back to my mum's den. And as I did, I thought about all the wonderful tales my mum had told me about the festival. She had said it was a time when boundaries between humans and wolves were blurred, and those who were meant to be wolves would finally embrace their true nature.

A Dog’s Tale I remember being born, that may seem a strange concept to humans but it isn’t really for Dogs. I remember being snuggled and warm then suddenly being pushed out into a very bright light. It wasn’t pleasant, and I was afraid but then a warm wet tongue began to clean me and a soft voice spoke welcoming me to this strange bright world and pushing me to a teat full of her delicious milk. Everything was blurry and muffled but I felt safe listening to the steady beat of my Mother’s heart through her soft flank. Those first few days were strange, I did very little except eat and sleep but I was aware of ‘something.’ I did not know what it was but I knew it was waiting for me.

“THE REVENGE” “Come along with me kids and help me with the mansion tour” Our father smiled. “Sure.” I nodded in approval. My dad started off by showing our huge front door. A front door that could accommodate a family of giraffes. “That’s huge” Caroline chuckled. We moved to our living-dining-kitchen. The living-dining-kitchen area was one spacious area with unbelievable long range mountain views from every spot. Vaulted wood ceilings, beautiful walnut floors, comfortable and quality furnishings, and plenty of amenities make for total relaxation.

"Tsk! Buying this much instant food… Are they stocking ten years of food so they can hibernate at home?" For the first time, Hayden looked embarrassed. Even so, he still straightened his back and pretended not to hear anything. After returning home, I began the final work. I checked all the doors and windows one by one, leaving only one hidden vent. All the curtains were drawn tight to block outside eyes. Meanwhile, Tina started a livestream on social media and deliberately ran outside my estate to film us. "Everyone, look! As his chair slid behind him, it hit a waiter carrying a dish of noodles to a nearby table, and the waiter lost his balance because of the impact. Kabir noticed neither the waiter nor the flying dish of noodles. He looked up and saw the two most beautiful eyes that he had ever seen. They were blue like the ocean, sincere and intelligent, twinkling like the stars. It appeared to Kabir that they held the most beautiful secrets of the world and seemed to enjoy the fact that others had no clue about them – they were so full of laughter and mystique.
