"After God, fear women" Claire was dumbstruck. It could not be. Nathan had just married his competitor and she had nothing to say about it. The dinner was about to commence so she had plenty of time to prove Bianca was a fraud. Wrong! She had very little time and she remaining glued to her seat was not going to change anything. Claire stood up and joined the new wife, her suspicion making her unable to keep a smile.

Ahab, the elderly king and grandmaster of the witches, bowed his head in courtesy as well. "We appreciate you joining us so early, prince Lancelot." Ahab spoke aloud. His words were accompanied by his wife's polite smile. Lancelot looked at them, from what he had heard, Ahab was supposed to have two wives, where could the other one be? He thought.

“N-NO!” “You resist one more time, I’d have to cuff you, love.” My body stiffened as I angrily glared at him. He couldn’t be serious. But the swirls of eyes were more than serious. Use me whenever their heart desire. “I am your wife!” I cried angry tears rushing down my eyes. Ralph looked amused shaking his head. “Not a whore!”

The wife of Uriah.” Good. He doesn’t sound like the man in control. He sounds human. Breathless. Distracted. Affected. I want to hear it again. “Go on!” I command. I quicken my pace, slamming my hips down against his thighs, completely forgetting the danger as I take the entire length of him inside me. "Fuck!"

"Who are you calling the other woman? Anna is my wife. She was the one I married." Wilson moved to stand by me, his hand finding my shoulder. "Rowena, enough with the drama, okay?" It was a relief to hear him defend me, but the way he scolded Rowena, trying to hold back his anger, it still felt like he was taking sides. Suddenly, he seemed like a stranger to me. Maybe the love we had was just a mirage, nothing more than the sweet phase every couple goes through at the start. "What did you just say?" Rowena was even more shocked by Wilson's declaration than by the slap. Her eyes were huge as she pointed at me, her voice shaking. "You say she's your wife? Then what am I? We're married!"
