Her face was determined, and each muscle on her back was strained as she hit the bag. It was difficult for her to be the last child in her family of two brothers after her parents died. Her brothers were brigadier generals in Yusama, their home country. Just recently, James got married to Ysabelle’s longtime enemy, Rina. Since their falling out in high school, the slimy bitch has never bothered to get along with Ysabelle. She would have loved to beat her up, but James would cut her head off if she tried it, so she could only vent her frustrations in their private gym.

Streetlights flicker across his face, highlighting the smudge of frosting still clinging to his cheek. I shoot him a questioning look that only has him chuckling harder, shaking his head. “After the whole Jax and Quinn thing?” I just stare back and him, and when I don’t reply or react, he continues. “C’mon, man, you never heard about how those two wound up together?” he asks, nudging me in the ribs with an elbow. “You do know that Quinn is Theo’s little sister, right?” “Yeah…” I reply slowly. “And?” “And it was a huge fuckin’ thing,” Brock snorts. “Kinda serves Jax right to get a taste of his own medicine. Damn, I can’t wait to see his face when he finds out…”

Jax replies. "Which one of you fuckers set me up? A little heads up she was here would have been nice!" Caiden replies. "That would have been Cross." Jax laughs. "Your head was busy." Caiden punches him and he laughs harder. His brothers were always giving him shit. His mom had to have 4 boys. It was James III (Prez), Caiden (Colt), Jaxon (Jax), and Jordan (Cross). James was now President of the club. He took over for Jag.
