My father shook my hand afterward and held it for a moment longer than a handshake required and said quietly, "Your mother would have been proud." I did not have a response to that so I just nodded and he let go. He moved to speak with the council chair and I found Raven in the crowd. She came over and said, "How do you feel now?"
