Perhaps, it could be the reason why he felt so distance from Lucy recently. His love towards her has run cold, and his interest has begin to vanish into a thick air. It could be because Lucy was hiding something from him, and he hated liars and cheaters. Like what had happened between him and the other girls. He wouldn't say other girls because he never dated any of them seriously. But with Priscilla Moore, she was his longest date, which happened to be a period of eight months with her.

Garett went over some of the briefings he had to close out for the week though he had time off. He had called into his boss, the lawyer who was a senior partner, and explained the situation and what he hoped to accomplish for the next week or so. Though it wasn’t an easy conversation to have, he knew that he wanted to get it over with and have the time ready to do whatever needed to be done.
