Billionaire's Regret: Finding Her

Billionaire's Regret: Finding Her

Caitlin glanced at the corpse and asked, "How did he die?" "Poisoning," Felix replied, handing her the autopsy report. "We found a neurotoxic substance called *tabun* in his system." Caitlin quickly read the report and understood. Tabun, or *dimethylamino-cyanophosphoryl fluoride*, is a highly toxic chemical agent. It's colorless, with a faint bitter almond odor, and it dissolves easily in water. It was commonly used as a chemical weapon during wartime and could easily contaminate water supplies.

My Alpha Mate

I said, biting my lip to stop myself from crying. I can feel them, and they are in so much pain. Angeline said, full of sadness in her voice. "This is bad," Tia said in her anxious voice. "What's wrong?" I asked with a trembling voice. "It's the Aconite, the most toxic wolfsbane."

The Wife he Never loved

The Wife he Never loved

It showed a tiny red mark just below the victim's left ear. "So small..." Michael murmured. "Most people would never notice it," she replied. "We almost missed it ourselves." She tapped the photograph gently. "A needle puncture." Michael's eyes narrowed. "Injected?" "Yes." She folded her arms. "Our toxicology screening found traces of an extremely rare fast-acting neurotoxin." The room went completely still. "It attacks the nervous system almost immediately," she continued. "Within minutes, breathing becomes difficult." "The muscles begin shutting down." "Eventually..."

Wrong Sister Claimed By The Mafia King

Wrong Sister Claimed By The Mafia King

“What?” “A beautiful poison…” he said and Eloise’s heart dropped to her stomach, “of the finest toxins: cyanide, strychnine and a dash of tetrodotoxin. It's a slow-moving poison, you see. One sip, and it starts its slow dance inside your veins.” “Day one… the symptoms begin. Your stomach twists, your heartbeat stumbles. You will think it’s just stress. Day two, you will feel the weight of death on your bones. Breathing will become a luxury. And by day three…”

Luna Redemption

Luna Redemption

It looked exactly like water. "Tasteless. Odorless," Yvonne instructed, dropping the cold vial into his palm. "It's a highly synthesized neurotoxin. The black market alchemist guaranteed it. Because her system is already failing from the Lunar Decay, this will trigger an immediate, fatal acceleration. Her lungs will collapse in less than three minutes." Jax held the vial up to the dim yellow light of the alley streetlamp. "Alpha Sean’s men are testing every plate of food leaving that kitchen. I can't just sprinkle this on a steak."

The Captive Luna: A Potion of Oblivion

The Captive Luna: A Potion of Oblivion

Inside, its core revealed spiral-like veins that seemed to emit a dim, sinister glow. She knew exactly what this mineral was. It was called Thanorite, a "dead" mineral once found near the Aetherfall Mountains. It had the ability to release toxins slowly in damp environments. Once it contaminated a water source, it would not only poison the water but seep into the soil, affect crops, animals, and eventually, people. The contamination was slow and hard to detect, but once it began, it could not be stopped.

After Divorce: Ex-wife Never Turns Back

After Divorce: Ex-wife Never Turns Back

I croaked. Nathan turned to one of the doctors nearby, a man in his fifties with gentle eyes and uncertain English. “Doctor,” Nathan said, gesturing toward me. “She’s asking—what happened to her?” The doctor nodded, stepping closer. His accent was thick, his words halting. “You… poison. Toxin.” My heart lurched. “Poison?” “Yes,” he said, searching for words. “Fruit toxin. Not… not common for foreigners. Dangerous if too much.” He mimed swallowing, then pressed a hand to his stomach. “Pain. Stomach. Liver. Maybe die… if late.”

Dear readers, thank you for your supports! I'm sorry—this is indeed bit of a long story. But I promise I'll give this story a perfect ending. Plus, I personally love the plot design of the latter half of the story, hehe^^ You are welcome to leave comments and share your thoughts!

Alpha King's Unmated Sister-in-law

Alpha King's Unmated Sister-in-law

"This kind of toxin... I'm afraid it kills within days. In fact, it's only because of his exceptional physical condition that it affects him this little. Eventually, he, too..." Beth shook her head. "It won't kill him," she said stubbornly. "Ms. Rokley. Commander Elizabeth. Listen to me. The toxin is concentrated in his lower back, close to the right hip. It's most likely the rogues very deliberately tasked their best fighter to deliver this poison into his system, once they realized he was present in the fighting. A panicked last resort to try to bring him down. The toxin is so concentrated that

Instead, I saw him exchange a dark, unreadable glance with Kieran. None of them looked surprised, but they couldn’t hide their grief. “We know about the toxin, Princess Sera,” Kieran said softly, stepping closer. “Our scouts found several emptied bottles that we believed were used to transport the toxins to our border.” “It’s a synthetic necrotizing agent. It doesn't just stop our natural healing. It also accelerates decay.” Serana added, her voice resonating with sadness. “Then you all know we are losing,” I said, my voice rising with a frantic edge. “If our strongest warriors can't regenerate, the borders are already gone. "I was part of a research team whose objective was to classify different types of poisons." "Poisons?" I asked as my stomach clenched. "I had no idea that there was a purpose beyond the acquisition of information," she continued. "Then I overheard a phone conversation between my boss and a fairy council member. We had developed a new toxin that could be introduced to plants through water. It didn't hurt the plants, but any organism which ingested them would die within days. The toxin was slow-working and left no trace of itself after the victim expired." "A bio-weapon," I breathed the words out with horror. "One that humans woul
