The Beast let out an ear-splitting roar and twisted, sending Neron flying backward.

The darkness retreated dragging with it a phantom of dim dark shapeless light, as it returned to my feet and deposited it there, immobile. I turned to Wyatt, “The first installment of our vow,” I said. The Beast growled in approval from within the confines of Wyatt’s body, his skin bristled as he pushed back with the urge to shift.

Felix attacks them by shaking their footing. And Strigiformes sends them flying by a gale that comes from his flapping wings. “Some army you have there,” Alfi said sarcastically. “Don’t get too cocky. Do you think I perished that widow with such a way?” Leak is floating to the sky and raising his right arm to the sky.
