Mina and Naomi took steps back. WOOOOOSH~~ The trees clapped violently, the leaves rustled loudly and the dirt danced around the ground. The mythical creatures turned their heads to Sabrina and wrinkled their faces and bare their fangs. GROWWWWWWWWWWWL!!! The mythical creatures roared loudly to repel whatever spell that Sabrina cast. Zwusssh~~~ The red spark sparkled and glowed brighter. Vsahhhhh~ This time the yellow spark glowed from Sabrina’s palm and expanded.

Like all of the servants of the conduits, the prowler had a part of its body that had a purple hue. Once Twilight finished the outline of the prowler, he pulls out a purple pen. Its ink was running low. “Tsk.” Twilight quickly covers his mouth. He peeks out of his hiding place to see if the creature heard him. Seeing the creature still stationary, he heaves a sigh of relief. I’m almost out of purple huh? Tsk… why does this color have to be the premium? That thing likes purple way too much. Once he’s done mentally complaining, Twilight starts to add details to the prowler outline.

My awkward fumbling of the pencil stopped as I gripped it in a tight hold. Idea’s grew from the toxic darkness that lingered, the pointed tip of the lead carefully sketching a hand grasping an entwined honeysuckle and rose crown. A flower crown. A simple smile. Erasing some of the shaded blackness that colored the eyes. Yeah, I think I will color this one.

It is a small valley just outside the city and is protected from sight by nearby mountains. Taking the pencil tip, I trace the glowing lines that only I can see. It looks a bit like one of those tracing toys that kids get with the gears and the circles, a spirograph, making a hollow web that frames the spot where I just put the circle. I then take the attack points and draw lines leading them back to the center where I drew the dot. An Elven Mage standing around the edges gasps. "The wolf just drew a spell chart. Everything feels sacred, touched by the moon goddess herself.

Winter lifts the creature back to eye level, the shimmery blue in the wings bringing the blue in her eyes. The only way I can explain it is galaxy meeting starlight. An explosion of colors and sparkles meeting a condensed version of the same. Both beautiful and awe inspiring. Both magical on their own but seeming to reflect each other when they meet. Something tickles the back of my brain, drawing me out of my own thoughts. Oh, yeah. Pictures. I need candid shots. I reach into my back pocket, pulling out the phone with trembling hands. She’s just so… She smiles at the butterfly again, drawing my focus away from the task at hand.
