Typical Novel Length Novels & Stories

Hello guys. So I've seen some complaints about me updating only once a day and I just want to clarify something. I write very long chapters. Some of my chapters can go up to 2800 words. And while other authors would rather divide that word count into two, I chose to publish it at once because of the cost of chapters on the app nowadays.

no villain this time I promise but I can't promise that one of them won't become the villain. I might end up changing the whole setting of the story but the characters will remain the same and they will do what they intentionally planned to do. I intend to make the story reach 200k words and with that, it's going to be my longest book...I can't believe I wrote so much. The word counts used to scare me too much. This was actually my second book and still, I love it the most cause it just tired out so well...and still I changed it so much. But it's just getting better as I make changes in it.

Until now, strange short stories had only very short stories. But from volume two I intend to add stories that have 10 to 20 captains as well. These stories are not so long nor have so much visibility as a separated book. For this reason, I decided to move all then into strange short stories, that is already a storybook of different themes.

I don’t know how everything usually operates because I am a mildly new author on the platform and this is my first completed book, but it felt like Luna Scarlett was getting long, and if I was to go further into settling some other points in the story….. It’d have been way longer. Now to pick up some of the points I left unfilled in the story (Without giving any spoilers of course.)

So gentlewolves (this is my nickname for my readers. I just came up with it, what do you my gentlewolves think?) So on to the reason why I am writing this note before the start of the chapter... I was wondering that maybe my chapters are too long So I'll be making it shorter Now instead of the 1k+ words I usually write I'll be writing 600-700 words from now till further notice That is if you my gentlewolves are happy with it

This chapter is a little over 1500 words on my end so I believe it will become 2 when it updates. As I get closer tothe end of the book, I am going back to clarify things for continuity.
