I spent 4 hours completing the whole book. I wonder what my prince charming will look like. Tall, dark, handsome, bad for the world and good for me, these were the qualities I had thought of. But after reading this latest novel my updated list of quality includes protective also. He should protect me whenever I'm in trouble. And I'm still waiting for him. That being said, here are some fun facts about this book; 1. It’s my first attempt at teenfiction. I was almost certain readers would notice and call me out on that. 2. BBTB was supposed to be a short story project. I was so worried it would be a flop so I planned to make it between 40-80 chapters. But the story grew wings and took off on its own. 3. This is the longest story I have ever written. I am just as surprised as you are and I was pleasantly shocked to see comments wanting their lovestory to go on for much longer. Those comments kept me going even on the bad days. So, thank you.

Dear Readers, It's been a long journey, eight years in the making ( since long before I brought Knowing Jude to Goodnovel). What was supposed to be a single teen fiction book turned into a trilogy that followed our characters into adulthood. I'm so grateful that you've stuck with Jo and Jude to the end. I'm deeply sorry to those of you who've read this story along with me while I wrote it. At times, I subjected you to long waits for updates. I'm even more grateful that despite that, you kept coming back.

(Lancelot’s POV) The novel “The Love of My Life” is a story best suited for teenagers. That being said, some of the topics discussed in the novel weights heavily on romance compared to other elements, world building included. Because of that, the scale between the love interests’ life stories and others’ life stories tipped unfairly to the love interests’ side. Not like I have any problem with it when I read it. Because, I’ve read somewhere before that other than fantasy books with hellishly long storyline and particular world building, books which was written to suit the romance genre shouldn’t depict too much of characters’ other than the main characters’ life.

My table was just filled with files and even more files like an endless ocean of inked papers I had to read through. If I begin reading a novel as the same speed as the files I read every day, I might be able to complete a five-hundred-page novel in less than a day; yes, these were my realistic expectations. My desk was a scattered mess, and I couldn’t even find a place to keep my coffee on it.

A pair of arms wrapped around me, and I instantly settled into the familiar embrace as both of us watched the sun set over our kingdom. I couldn’t help the squeal of delight that escaped my mouth. I had finally completed my book, 1001 Dark Tales. The look on my editor’s face was one of disbelief when I announced I was stopping all other books to focus solely on that one. I guess writing 1001 Dark Tales takes a long time, four years to be exact. Still, I had written enough books with the help of my quill that I had more than a steady income.
