Kazimir stepped onto the Dorsal Hull (the top surface of the submarine). Above him, seven miles of water pressed down with enough force to turn a tank into a pancake. His boots, equipped with Electromagnetic Soles (magnets used to lock a diver to a metal surface), clanked against the titanium skin of the Sparrow.
