She cackled wildly as my hand flew up to cover my neck and I flushed in embarrassment. Her face seemed to light up with malicious glee as she clapped her hands excitedly. "Oh. My. God! A few people laughed quietly as they left. When she was gone, Alexa finally burst out laughing, clutching her stomach. “Viola, that was legendary. I swear, you should have been a lawyer or something.” Viola smiled faintly, the tension finally leaving her shoulders. “No, Lex. I have just learned that some people only understand silence and destruction.” Alexa threw an arm around her shoulder. “Remind me never to get on your bad side.” Viola laughed softly and responded to her friend’s joke. “Deal.”
