He smelt of pine cones and cherries. The wolf was caught off guard as the she-wolf licked the side of his face. “I am not Xerxes,” the wolf groaned. Meadow was confused. “What should I call you then?” Meadow purred, thinking that her mate likes role-playing. “I am Alazar,” he rumbled proudly.
