Warrior Training Novels & Stories

’ I nodded. I stood in the midst of the chaotic and fierce battle. The two thousand warriors fought each other as if they were enemies, but they would not kill each other. They realized that they were just training. ‘Our warriors are strong because, since ancient times, we have sent dozens of generals throughout the forest to train pack members who want to have strong wolves or want to become warriors,’ my wolf said proudly. ‘That’s absolutely true,’ I said, nodding as my eyes scanned my surroundings. ‘All the participants who took part in the warrior training and selection were those who trained their wolves with those generals.’

I had started to train about a week ago, every day after my Luna lessons, I'd be training for a gruesome five hours with the other warriors and with a mentor like Mitchell, I had excelled quicker in a few days than the some of the warriors here. "Hopefully you'll never have too," he muttered quietly and I playfully punched him on the shoulder laughing. "We'll have to see, Mitch," I giggled as I placed the towel around my shoulders. I received a smile in return before he left to check on the other warriors who were sparring in the area. They were all so bulky and I looked like a twig next to them, I've sparred lightly with some of the warriors here, two I had defeated, one I lost against. The

A tingle of dread curled in my stomach. “Therefore, in the coming weeks, you will be subjected to a specific kind of training. We call it Warrior Training. You’ll learn fighting and survival skills. Hand to hand combat. Defense.” That dread feeling grew and grew, crawling out to my fingers and toes. Coach’s eyes found mine. He looked apologetic. “There will be competitions. War games. You might get hurt.” My stomach dropped entirely. War games? How would I ever protect my baby?

He questioned not believing i could challenge him for a bet. "I can try. I don't need to learn everything, just the basics. I'm smart. I can figure it out." I flast him my cutest smile. "It takes almost two years for the pack to train a whole set of warriors to a state where they can participate in wars and even after that, they stay at the extreme end of the formation. The best are at the front lines." He paused, raising a brow at me, before he continued again. "And you mean you're dumb to think you can take out the warrior here with just a few tricks you'll learn in a month. You've never even raised a knife at someone in your life."

Hopefully, the lesson had been learned. Clearing my throat, I addressed the room again, my gaze sweeping over the gathered warriors. "Training!" I announced, my voice echoing off the walls. "From the age of six, I trained daily. By the time I was ten, training was a part of my everyday life, as it is for all Royal Pack warriors. Our program focuses on strength, agility, and endurance—qualities essential for every warrior, regardless of gender."

He didn’t say anything, the frown that had formed from when he was talking to my sister hadn’t really been removed. “What was it like?” He hummed, cocking his head to the side. “The Knight Training. How was it?” Suddenly, the frown was replaced by a smile and I knew I caught him. He nodded for a moment. “Sky, it was like a bunch of already strong wolves getting their asses kicked to be better. The instructors, Goddess, they were so strong I realized just how untrained our warriors were. These weren’t even the elite corps of the Alpha King. No. Only one or two were handpicked every five years to go into the elite training.”

At least a few minutes should be enough for them to prepare because I knew they had been pretty active last night, but I decided to shut my mind because I could hear my wolf in pain, and her pain was my pain. Standing at the kitchen counter, I saw the warriors training. Although they were lacking a little bit, they were pretty good But they had so much to learn. Seeing the sun had risen, I quickly walked to Killian's office. Opening it, I noticed he had just come because he just opened the windows and was about to sit down.

I grabbed two plastic cups of vodka and coke for me and a woman warrior we played with who’s name I learned to be was ‘Cora’ she’d been a warrior for five years now and was telling me about her training days and what it was like to be part of the warrior pack and do patrol rounds. “it’s like your second family” she explained thoughtfully “you spend so much time with them on patrol or on the training camp… which you’ll love by the way, they have endless training and sparring equipment and outside they have massive obstacle courses, they’re hardcore though but so much fun and you all kind of spur and support each other on. There’s a boxing ring in the training hall, loads of punching bags, we

"Then we need to find out. Carefully, safely, before circumstances force you to find out in the middle of a fight where mistakes cost lives." "You want me to train. Really train." "I want you prepared," he said. "Whatever that requires." Training began the next morning before school, my father and two senior pack warriors working with me in the private grounds behind our house. It was nothing like the careful, restrained sparring I'd done at school for a month straight, holding back every instinct that might reveal too much. "Don't hold back," my father instructed, standing at a safe distance as one of the warriors squared off against me. "Let your wolf lead. We're past hiding what you are."

Rhys had always been thorough; it was one reason Father and Alpha Darius had relied on him heavily for security matters. "And these training programs?" I asked, flipping to the next page outlining intensified sessions. "Should we be pushing each one now, when the entire region is on high-security alert?" "Essential, Alpha," Rhys said without hesitation. "We need every warrior cross-trained in both traditional combat and modern warfare techniques. Also, there's a special training technique I found in the archives regarding warriors who fight alongside a Moonwhisperer. It appears different from our standard teachings. In case the moonwhisperer shows up, we want to be prepared adequately. Those
