WOLVIRE

WOLVIRE

This room barely had any fresh air. He had to finish his business here as soon as possible. With quick steps and movements he began to dismantle the large cupboard in the room. The cupboard was filled with old books, most of them looking like journals. Hugo pulled out some of the journals and placed them on the table. The man flipped through the journal, looking for notes that mentioned the words “wolvire”, “red moon” and “Kliwon Friday”.

SATOU, D.
The story was very detailed. It was good. I like how the author made it. It was like a professional estimated novel. Good for the readers who can understand better. Notw: I skipped the news and more. I scanned it. 10 for the scene. 8 for the dialogue. Over all almost 10.
Lyra Venom
The storyline is quite interesting, although we don't that need the news part so much. The dialogue and the scene is balanced, so far. I mean, it's like 50/50 if I may say. Overall, good. Can't wait for another chapter and cliffhanger 🙈

THE PROMISED SAVIOUR

THE PROMISED SAVIOUR

he asked, pointing to the book. "Of course..." Vinnie said, handing him the brochure. Thane scanned the cover, his eyes narrowing as he looked closely at it. The cover depicted a drawing of a werewolf, a vampire, and witch, in a savage position, poised to attack a helpless human sprawled at their feet. A red danger sign was crossed over the three supernatural creatures, with the caption "The Imminent Threat of Non-Human Entities - A fight for the preservation of Mankind" written boldly on top of it.

Perfect Soulmates

Perfect Soulmates

– Kurt says, losing his big smile. 11 top-of-the-range, black Mercedes vans with tinted windows stop at the border of Creek Pack. A man dressed in a black suit gets out of the car in front, and everyone else follows him. They were all dressed the same. Black jeans, and a black t-shirt with a golden and red symbol on the left side of the chest. The symbol was round. A perfect golden circle. Inside, there was a red wolf howling at the golden moon. Above, in golden letters, was written "Council" and below "Guardians".

Alpha's Caged Mate

Alpha's Caged Mate

The further into the combat he drew, the more evident it became that the humans were the aggressors here. Xavier kept his finger on the trigger and his head on a swivel, but he still didn’t see the huge grey Wolfman spring at him from just outside of his periphery. Three-inch-long claws ripped into his shoulder and back as the heavy-ass weight of a fully grown male propelled him into the thick base of an oak tree.

The Alpha's Human Surrogate

The Alpha's Human Surrogate

The guard had managed to retrieve the footage, and I hunched over the screen, my heart sinking as I watched the events leading up to the explosion. There, on the screen, was a suspicious man with dark hair and a sinister demeanor. He moved with purpose, planting explosives throughout the building. And as he turned, a flash of movement revealed a distinct X-shaped black tattoo on his back. My blood ran cold as I zoomed in on the tattoo. It was identical to the one we had seen on a werewolf's back at the Rogues' club during our previous encounter. There was no doubt about it. The werewolves were behind this devastating attack on the Wolf Hunter organization.

Detective Alsie & the Triplet Alphas-The Beginning

Detective Alsie & the Triplet Alphas-The Beginning

Kane POV- “Ambush much? Rana, I told you, this my time with Alsie. You need to respect that.” I was in the bathroom inspecting this beautiful mark that had appeared on my neck, chest, back, and over my shoulder. Four wolves, a crescent moon, eye of Horus, the Sphinx, Great Pyramids, and a bat. The moon and the bat had a light blue outline, the Sphinx, and pyramids were outlined in gold. It was magnificent.

The Abomination

The Abomination

Gwen doubted that she would be able to even hold it if it were to be given to her. The man walked around the table and stood right in front of Gwen, the table right in their middle. She studied him closely, and he did the same to her. Just like the rest of the people she had seen outside, he also had a life-like tattoo of a plant etched on one side of his face. Her eyes grew attracted to it, and so she found herself staring a little too much at his tattoo. Slowly, the man raised his left hand, using his other hand to point at his wrist. Already having an idea of what he was asking for– thanks to the guards stationed outside of the portal– Gwen raised up her wrist where two grey lines had app

The Alphas Prize Blood Mate

The Alphas Prize Blood Mate

After I shower, I opt for a wife beater and a pair of loose-fitting shorts. My right forearm is still scabbed over from my latest tattoo. Every time I look at it, I am proud that I now have my pack displayed on my body. It had taken me a while to draw out the design just the way I wanted it to look. It depicts a full moon coming up over a hazy horizon. A wolf's head with bright red eyes is baring its teeth as it emerges forth from the moons' surface.

Ghost on the highway

Ghost on the highway

“They didn’t like something that city was becoming.” Wolf looked at him sharply. “You’re saying they erased it?” “Not erased,” Riven replied. “Adjusted.” The screen flickered—and for half a second, something else bled through the image. A symbol. Angular. Familiar. Saint sucked in a breath. “That’s one of the old Marks.” Riven nodded. “They’re sending a message.” Wolf crossed his arms. “To you.” Riven didn’t deny it. The infirmary door slid open behind them.

Craving Forbidden Pleasures

Craving Forbidden Pleasures

But deep in her chest, a darker thought whispered: And if I can’t escape… maybe I can choose. Dawn came too fast. The storm clouds had broken, leaving a pale, washed-out light across the clearing. The air was cold and sharp, as though the whole world was holding its breath. Mara stood at the window, wrapping her arms around herself. Behind her, the door opened. The first Watcher entered, his steps heavy but controlled, his knife hanging at his side. He looked almost whole again despite the bruises mottling his skin. “Show me,” he said simply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Leafing through 'Watchmen' always feels like uncovering little Easter eggs about what DC and the superhero myth represent, and the symbols are where that conversation is loudest.

The most obvious place is the yellow smiley pin with the blood splatter — it's almost a burnished emblem of what DC-style heroism looks like when distorted. That smiley used to read as uncomplicated joy (think classic comic logos and bright house-style branding), but here it’s sullied; that shift signals DC's grand optimism being punctured. Then you have Rorschach’s inkblot mask, which reads like a detective-comic riff: it stands in for the gritty, noir tradition that traces back to titles in the Detective vein, and it’s literally a living commentary on black-and-white morality.

Dr. Manhattan’s hydrogen atom symbol is another anchor. It doesn’t just mark a character — it marks an era and a type: the godlike, nuclear-powered protector replacing the golden-age benignity of older DC titans. Even Ozymandias’ imagery and the ever-present 'Doomsday Clock' riff on Cold War anxiety turn DC’s heroic shorthand into philosophical questions about power and responsibility. For me, those symbols keep pulling me back because they're elegant and savage at once; I still find them haunting.
