Water God Novels & Stories

From beneath us rose an unexpected noise — I concentrated, trying to identify it — like far off thunder or a distant waterfall. “It’s the Underland Sea,” said God. “Dargot depends on it for water and a number of other conveniences.” He locked up behind us and proceeded to walk across the bridge, the other end of which was not visible. “How did you get your ability?” I asked God as I trotted along beside him. He moved fast for a heavy man. “Is it something to do with your pendant?”

"The water is clear, but it will have a bad effect if you drink it. Laila said-" "Laila? Who's Laila?" interrupted Ryn. "Laila is a witch of the north. She is the guardian of the waterfall. You didn't see her in your dream?" she asked later. "No," Albert and Ryn replied simultaneously. "She told us that the water in the estuary would give people who drank it severe hallucinations and could even drive them crazy if they drank too much," Judith explained. She then turned to Albert and asked, "What about you, Alpha Albert? I hope you don't drink it either."

It was Stephen's last shift and he was doing wonders cheering me up. I had just finished in a private booth when he waved me over. "Number four please!" He handed me a drink. I looked down and it was vodka. Straight. No ice. My stomach dropped as I walked over, my legs like jelly. As I got closer I saw it was him. At arm's length I put the drink down and turned. "Harper." "No." "Please," I felt him behind me and he grabbed my arm. "Please let me explain, I’m sorry I,”

Queenie's hand hung in midair. It was awkward, but she composed herself and started with an introduction. "I know you don't know me, but there's one person you must know. Professor Rawson. I'm his student. You and the professor share the same teacher. You're like an uncle to me!" Zacharias grunted. The impatience on his face was getting evident. He wanted nothing to do with the stranger who tried to be friendly with him.

CHAPTER 160 WHO IS RESPONSIBLE? Selena nodded. “Fuck, Trisha.” The water does not appear to be ordinary. It is known as “Holy Water.” Hunters claim it provides strength. It also saves lives and cures diseases.” Selena turned to face her friends. “Resurrect a person or a werewolf.” “Can this water do all that?” Jade inquired. “There is only one way to find out, Jade.” * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Command the Endorian to do my bidding. 'It will be my pleasure, Shedim,' she replied, licking her lips and, with a simple nod of her head at me, the water erupted inside, its alien touch spreading quickly through my body until I thought I would burst. I screamed as it streamed from my eyes, my ears, my nose. I choked on it as it poured into my throat and out of my mouth. It was coming again, and I couldn't stop it. 'The water is everything,' the Naiad said. 'The water is power. The water is your mistress and it will never let go, Endorian. Stand now and do as it commands.'

It was like a small hill had landed in the valley. Fortunately, the valley was wide enough. Otherwise, it would not fit the elephant. "Despicable humans. How dare you seduce my son? Fortunately, I found out about your scheme early, otherwise… Hmph! All of you would have to die!" It did not wait for Chase and the others to explain. Its long trunk reached out, and a powerful spout of water shot out from it. Nine Dark Divine Water! It was the most supreme of all dark-attributed divine water.

The waterfall was renowned for its healing powers, and Nadlyn had come there to try to break the curse that had burdened her life. Nadlyn gazed straight ahead at the shimmering waterfall. Moonlight at night reflected on the water's surface, creating colorful, dancing sparkles. She extended her hand, her fingers moving slowly through the air, creating movements that followed the rhythm of her heart. The water element within her began to respond to her call, flowing from within her body to her fingertips.

"What did you give me earlier?" Randu smiled a little. "My secret with Arjuno..he gave me a bag filled with water from the living garden pond...only a little left, Arjuno said I can't finish it all..because once it runs out there's nothing left... this bag can't be refilled by itself again." Burdak widened his eyes in surprise, "The water there... Living pond... can't be taken... it can never be taken..." Burdak muttered in disbelief.

It’s the price I had to pay for my elemental powers but I’m not the only one who paid it. Dash doesn’t have super hearing and Hilda doesn’t have super strength. But I don’t regret it. What’s super-sight compared to waterpowers? I can solidify, jellify, dry up, heat up, and control water movement. I’m a water goddess! Evolet scoffed. Evening was drawing near but the sun was still shining. I found a patch where light was seeping through and placed the map under it. I would have preferred my phone’s GPS but wolf territories aren’t even on the world map.
