What Survived The Burn

What Survived The Burn

“I mean there is nothing out there but forest.” “Oh,” I simply replied. “You have safe travels, I have got to get food for my kids.” She waved politely and walked towards the entrance of the store. “Well that was strange,” Zerina took the words right out of my head. “I agree, I think we should still head west.” “Me too.” “I think there is a pack out there that doesn’t want humans to know they are there.” “Let's go find out.” Zerina says excitedly, “you walk out of town for about a mile and we can shift, no offence but i'm faster.”

CHASING HIS BARREN EX WIFE

CHASING HIS BARREN EX WIFE

“Always.” When the car finally pulled away, Eliza leaned out the window, waving until the bend in the road swallowed her whole. I waved back until my arm hurt. Until there was nothing left to wave at. The silence afterward felt loud. Alan slid his hand into mine without a word. Bibi leaned against my side, her head heavy, her joy spent. That was when it hit me. It was time for us too. We moved west. Far enough that the air felt different. That the sky stretched wider. That the past felt like something we could finally place behind us without fear it would tap us on the shoulder when we were not looking.

if you're looking for a book that burns slowly with a different kind of trope that isn't too common then this one is for you. no revenge I like how the author introduces new character and not focusing the fl hatred on the ml and the mistress. it's her first book here and I love it. I need more of it

Alpha's Runaway Luna

Alpha's Runaway Luna

I already knew this was not going to be easy. As I was driving, I realized that I was heading west. Ironically, I used to dream about moving west to areas like Colorado, Wyoming, or Montana. Most people would opt for California. I however, wanted a place where I knew could provide a huge landscape of open ranges for my wolf to run after I made the shift and met her on my birthday. I also need areas that would be isolated.

The Game of Heavens and Earth

The Game of Heavens and Earth

Mary drew close to us and whispered, “We got friends who know a safe passage back to our home. They’re waiting at the Sundance Saloon.” Walking down the dirt road toward the crossroad, my friends and I felt like we were in a Western movie; saloons, stagecoaches, cowboys, and the Old West letters. The only difference was the people on the streets who came from different timelines. War’s End happened to be at the center of the four trade routes that converged together, with rows of buildings formed into the shape of a cross. Caravans and travelers streamed like colorful waves, arriving and departing to the east, west, and south, but never to the north. The road toward that direction remained e

The Gladiator Wolf King - Book 3

The Gladiator Wolf King - Book 3

Another reason to get the witch, get out and go home. I wasn’t a fan of music, I preferred silence or books, It was at this point I wished the radio in the truck worked. I fiddled with the dials anyway. Static and more static. Either the radio truly didn’t work or the East still hadn’t figured out how to work transmitter towers. I had been spoiled living in the west, with all the technology, food and lush greenery, and better transportation. This continent was mostly desert, only the outlying countries closer to bodies of water had vegetation.

There is too much to write about this story to write a review in 300 characters. I highly recommend this book, but start with the Delta’s Daughter if you haven’t already started there. Stout had me on a roller coaster of feelings with this one. I can’t wait to read the next one!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

Alpha Harris A Betrayed Bond

Alpha Harris A Betrayed Bond

Maybe they'll finally be able to claim a place as home and build a life for themselves. "The West is blocked. We have to go with plan B. You have to go South. Remember, stay away from the larger pack to the west. The one on the east is the smaller of the two, but it's still large. Stay as close to the border as you can, but not too close. We don't want the pack on the west to spot you. They're probably allies and will recognize you're intruders. Be fast, and quiet, watch each other's backs. I love all of you! I better see you at the river! As soon as I'm done, I'll move as fast as I can to catch up with you. Go!" The Alpha said and watched his pack look at him with tears in their eyes before

I absolutely loved this book and love this series in general. I have bought all of them and gladly re-read them while waiting for the next release. Harris's story is able to bring something new to the series while still incorporating the many different characters, which not all authors can do.

Pregnant After One Night With The Lycan King

Pregnant After One Night With The Lycan King

“To the West, where birth comes without fanfare, without swords.” They departed before noon. Behind them, the Eastern Border fell silent once more, preserving records that could not be forged. From afar, very far away, Anya read the final reflection and realized one thing: the world no longer reacted to pressure; it responded to meaning. Anya smiled, not because she had won, but because the game had changed. Meanwhile, in their first steps toward the West, Elara felt that the pulse was no longer calling, but walking alongside them. The sky to the west faded to a bluish gray as they crossed the last hill gap.

The Alpha’s Dead Luna

The Alpha’s Dead Luna

Despite the unrest, it remained a popular destination. I told Miriam I was going to the north pack. She didn’t question it. At the last moment, I would slip away, leaving her behind with a note so she wouldn’t think I had fallen overboard. In the days before my departure, I packed everything I might need for a long stay and read everything I could find about West pack. That proved easy enough—the newspapers were filled with it. Reports of rebellion, massacres, disease. General Weyler’s camps were described in horrifying detail.

At gusto ko ring bigwasan ang sarili ko dahil nagawa ko pang isipin saglit kung paano siya sasagutin. “Myra . . . ” The guy scratches his head after recovering from the shock. “Sa tingin ko hindi sasagot iyan.” Sa tingin niya lang? Of course, I can’t answer them, like totally can’t! These lower beings are really . . . really . . . uh! I looked at the wide path on the left side of the stable and saw that it will head to the forest with gigantic trees. That’s the only option I have, because I think the road on the right is where these two lower beings came from.

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

“Let’s take a detour.” Myrna took her eyes off the road long enough to glance at him. “What kind of a detour?” “I don’t know. The spontaneous kind.” “I like spontaneous detours. We have to be careful not to get lost, though. No Master Sinclair means no Sinners show.” “We won’t get lost. At your next opportunity, head west.” “That won’t take us far. The Gulf of Mexico is west.” “Exactly.” She smiled. “West it is.” Within ten minutes, they were off the main highway and headed west. “It looks like it might rain,” she commented, gazing at the western horizon.

As I look at my year in review, this author and book collection has been monumental in reigniting my hunger for reading. I can't track most of the books from this app easily for my year end count but in my heart this book means the most. I wish I could buy a printed version of each of these. .........

Only up to the first 3 stories...and I loved them! I wondered why the book was so big but it's broken down with several stories so when I get time, I'll read them accordingly. Pretty well written/edited and certain to make you desire more than you can handle.
