The comedian on stage was pretty good, cracking jokes about everything from bad dates to the weird things people do at the grocery store. I glanced over at Sarah, and every time she laughed, it was like a little weight lifted off my chest. Halfway through, the comedian launched into a bit about couples, poking fun at all the little things people do when they’re comfortable around each other. I leaned over to her, smirking. “That’s us,” I whispered. “You know, minus the weird grocery stuff.” “Oh, please,” she shot back, rolling her eyes. “You’re the one who insists on checking every single expiration date like it’s a life-or-death decision.”

he muttered, almost to himself. The word should’ve stung. It didn’t. The way he said it wasn’t cruel it was bemused, almost fond. Like he was turning the idea over in his head, trying to decide whether weird was a dealbreaker or something he could live with. Like maybe, just maybe, he was trying to figure me out too. I decided to push back. Humor was my only reliable weapon in situations like this. “Weird is just another word for interesting,” I said, forcing a grin I didn’t feel. “You’re welcome.”

Amelia chuckled, “I find you weird.” Pete was puzzled, “Why?” He knew most people refer to him as weird behind his back becasue he was obviously too calm and you can barely get a reaction out of him but hearing someone say it up close still felt all shades of wrong so hje was surprised. Not like being labeklled weird is a wrong term but he really wnated to know what made her classify him as that.

asked Isaac. "You ever hear the one where the werewolf and the vampire walk into a bar?" Deep belly laughter bubbled out of her. Luke and Wynona grinned, clearly fans of dumb jokes. "Haha," said Phoebe trying not to smile. "I told you I'm not a vampire!" "I know, but come on," said Ruthie. "That would be hilarious! I suppose I could say 'werewolf and mermaid' but it just doesn't sound right." "Man, you guys are seriously weird," snorted Luke.

She deadass did save my life but something in the back of my mind kept telling me that was not the reason I was agitated to meet her. "Then tell me what the fuck the reason is, you stupid brain." I yelled into my pillow, muffling the sound to the point where it almost sounded non-existent. I'm not one to play mind games, I just wanted to know the reason. Did you get the pun there? I'm so fucking funny. I know you're shaking your head thinking of what a stupid pun that was. But you know it was fucking lit. Maybe I should go into Comedy instead, I'm too funny for Urban/Realistic/Drama. Imagine my next stop being called Life of Eve: Comedy and Puns. What do you think?

Drew paced around the living room, worried about Amanda that hadn't come back. His two brothers looked at him amused. “What's funny?“ He snapped at them. “‘You,“ they replied in unison, a wide grin on their faces. "Idiots," Drew muttered under his breath. “Last I checked I wasn't a comedian," he retorted. "You don't have to be a comedian to be funny," Mason replied. Calvin nodded his head in agreement. “That is true. Take Panda as an example. She isn't a comedian but she is funny," he said.

'Why am I surrounded by weird people?' Madison asked herself. Weirdly enough, all the people she called weird is those who she finds either interesting or stupid. Who did good stupidity towards her. She thought Jordan is weird for accepting her despite of learning the fact that she's pregnant with Gavin's child. And the fact that Jordan promised to take care of her without expecting something in return is super weird for her. If somebody heard her calling Jordan weird, they might confuse the word weird to have the same definition of kind.

But then again so was everyone else. “He’s the dude broiest bro ever in the history of dude bros dude.” I yelled back at her. Ahhh… yep. Totally drunk. Sara shook her head seriously. As if anything I just said made sense. “Dude you’re so right.” She said. Sloan chimed in then. “Dudes a weird word!” She shouted. We all agreed and started laughing. “Duuuaaddee” Abbey said. “Dude .. dude .. doodie dude.” Sara tried.

It's pathetic! He dropped that bomb and strutted off before I could fire back. I could hardly believe my ears that such boneheaded words came from the man I have loved for years. His so-called 'cozy winter promos' were just a table with free cups of cheap black coffee and some giveaway gloves out front. The coffee often went cold, untouched, and those gloves ended up in the street bin. However, Seth, of course, thought they were pure gold. Somehow, I was the one cashing in on Lily's ideas!

So that dog is not different. "His looks are kind of different but his scent is still the same." I cringed when I heard his explanation. When will he stop with that kind of stuff?
