Wendy Holden Author Novels & Stories

At that time, Annie was a renowned jewelry designer with her own studio and brand. She had given birth to Carl's first son, and it seemed like even the air around her shimmered with confidence and success. Wendy, always by her side, had also risen to luxury, dressed in designer clothes and casually carrying a small Chanel bag worth over twenty thousand dollars. Wendy, once a college student who worked part-time alongside Renee and dreamed of a brighter future, had become a far cry from that person; her aura had darkened.

It was so seductive and attractive. Even the cool Howard noticed Wendy at this moment. He was impressed. He came over, smiled, and said, “Oh, so it’s you, our goddess. I haven’t seen you for so long. Why didn’t you find me or contact me? So, where do you work now?” Wendy smiled shyly and said softly, “I’m not doing so well like you. You even drive an Audi.” Howard’s eyes lit up when he heard it. He seemed to have a chance. The goddess seemed to favor the Audi which he bought through installment loans.

That really felt good. “Thank you so much, ma’am” I replied. “Oh, please. I’m no ma’am. For all I know, you might be older than I am” She disputed. “Uhm! Julie, this is Wendy Lauren. Her mum started this fashion house from scratch. Now, Wendy is the one in charge of everything” “Wow! It’s really a pleasure to meet you, Wendy. Lisa has been telling me a lot about your place and to be honest, It’s really worth all the stuff she has been saying”

After a brief dance, they fell to the ground again. There were couples by the river holding hands and kissing under the lights. It seemed that those who walked alone were the strange ones here. Wendy was one of these people. After leaving her deadbeat father behind, Wendy had sent Albert her resignation email. Then, she'd driven off to the new place she'd rented. There, she had dinner and took a shower before changing into casual clothes and coming out for a walk by the river. The wind from the river whipped her hair across her face, giving her a pleasant feeling.

"Why else would I have hung around him since we were kids?" She tilted her head toward Rosalyn. "But not the way you're thinking." Was that believable? "Let me put it this way. Back when I was a confused teenager, I did think about making a move on him. But you know what I realized?" Wendy leaned against the car. At that moment, she looked a little like Eric himself. Rosalyn was nothing like her. She stood straight and proper wherever she went and only relaxed when she was home or completely alone.

Hilton was seated while Wendy placed a call and had the phone glued to her ear. “Let's hangout. I will forward the address to you.” She said and hung up. Hilton had his attention fixed on Wendy. Something within him wanted to ask who she wanted to hangout with but he couldn't bring himself to ask. Wendy went into her room and soon returned wearing a skimpy red gown. Without uttering a word to Hilton, she left the house. Hilton was curious to know where she was going and who she wanted to hangout with.

“I feel like I haven’t let you have a word and edgewise. But I promise I don’t always talk all the time.” “She does,” chimed in one of the other authors, who shot a gleaming smile at Wendy on our way by. “Oh, just ignore him,” Wendy said. “That’s just Aaron. He does opinion pieces, and he wears his wit and sarcasm on his sleeve for all the world to see. Anyway, she said, do you have your own car?” I shook my head. “I’ve only got the suitcases I brought with me. It’s…” I hesitated. “It’s been a long couple of weeks,” I finally said.

I think she was commenting on my half erect cock. Wendy had hired a brand new EH Holden, and luxury of luxuries, it had a radio and a heater. I got into my old F* and they followed me to my house, Wendy was still a bit unsure driving on the left hand side of the road but she got there fine. I carried the bags inside and did the walk around. "Kitchen." "Spacious." That was Wendy. "Lounge room." "Ooh comfy sofa." That was Mary Ann. "Spare room."

It feels like there's something I missed. It didn't take long, Wendy and I arrived at the biggest shopping center in the city. Like any woman, Wendy and I enthusiastically chose this and that. There is a change from Wendy. She is no longer shy or quiet. She talks a lot and always connects when I joke around. "So, what major did you take? Do you still want to become a designer? "I asked. We sat at the cafe, unwind after shopping. Wendy shrugged her shoulders. "Not anymore. I majored in business. You registered there, right? So you're a future doctor, huh? "Wendy teased me. I smiled arrogantly. "Exactly right," I said.

It was the latest issue of International Wedding Gown Design and several professional manuals. Flipping open the cover, she gently ran her fingers over the intricate embroidery illustrations. A decision quietly took shape in her heart. “These must’ve cost a lot.” Wendy lifted her head and looked at Austin. “It’s nothing.” Austin wiped the sweat from his forehead with a shy smile. “Madeline said you used to study design and even won awards. This is the least I could do.” On the way back, Austin drove. Wendy suddenly realized that the boy who used to trail behind them had grown into a young man with sharp features and steady shoulders.
