Werewolf Mating Process Romane & Geschichten

She questioned, "Does a werewolf know how to date? "We refer to it as mating season." Rondolf gave a strong response. The man's charisma spread as he grinned. "We choose a female or a male to have offspring during the mating season." Rondolf rubbed the top of Rula's head with his fingers. "Like a cat looking for a mate during mating season, Rula." Too low a parable. The werewolf is equivalent to the king of the jungle in the wild. "You said you didn't have much time," Rula said. The smile on the edge of her lips was so challenging. "The mating season doesn't last long, does it?"

It's mostly done during sex… they call it mating here by the way. The male werewolves would mark their partners by piercing their fangs through their partner's necks. My hand instinctively flew to my neck, my heart fluttering nervously. A part of me felt scared, but my mind quickly drifted to that day when I first saw Kael naked, and my throat tightened. Something shifted inside me, and for some crazy reason, I looked forward to the… mating. Giselle continued, “rejection is possible. Either of the two parties can reject the other if they're not interested…”

"And how exactly is this child going to be born?" "What do you mean?" "If he's going to be born from a union of werewolf and witch magic, how? Werewolves only get pregnant with their mates when they go into heat. And right now, there are no mated werewolf-witch couples in the kingdom." "That's not to say it won't happen," Morwen said. "But...as far as we know, no werewolf has ever found their mate in a witch," I pointed out.

“FIne. I forgive you, but I’m not going to forget what you did, or let you off so easily.” “I understand that. Regardless, given our situation, I think it would be beneficial to move as slowly as possible. Things with mates tend to move very fast, but I don’t think either of us are ready for that yet. Usually, and especially with Alphas, the mating process would be completed very quickly. The bond works very fast.” “What mating process?” Is he talking about sex? “Well, for werewolves, it consists of sleeping together, you know, mating, and then we mark each other to let everyone know we are mates. It’s a very territorial thing, but it’s what we have to do.”

He shook his head, quite baffled. “It happens between a male and a female werewolf that are chosen by their moon goddess to be as one. They bite their mate to mark them and after that, they will get married to create some offsprings. I know it sounds crazy for us, humans, but I think it’s real. They’re animals after all and they have a different ritual or something,” I explained to him which I knew made him confused.

But other than that, we must touch to know for sure and when we do, she said I will know right away who he is. There are three stages for the mating process. Mom said first you need to find each other and except each other. Second you bite each other marking one another as their mate. Lastly, we had to have sex. I was shocked by this and once again mom was fifty shades of red. It was like the werewolf version of a sex talk. I’m only going to be sixteen this year. I don't think I'm ready for that. I’m kind of naive when it came to sex. What I know comes from what I’ve seen on TV.

“Marking, mating, and verbal acceptance. Each one strengthens the bond, but until all three are done, the bond remains… incomplete.” I swallowed hard, my heart pounding. “Ojat, explain what each stage entails to me.” Xanders eyes darkened and his voice became deeper as he spoke. “First, we start with marking. I'm sure you've heard about this before, right?” I nodded. “Let me explain how it works. In werewolves both mates would claim each other by piercing their skin— just below their necks, with their canines. It leaves a mark that signifies to everyone that you belong to someone. Since you're a human I don't think you'll be able to mark me.”

The man lowered his eyes in submission, inclining his head to his Emperor. "Make no mistake," he said firmly turning his eyes back to the centre of the room. "The definition of mating is when a Werewolf or Lycan first recognises his or her mate. It is not conditional on the actual mating taking place. That rule holds for each and every member of the pack. As it is, I and my mate are having to put off actually fully mating because of the direness of the situation. I'm sure every mated lycan and werewolves here can only begin to imagine just how difficult that will be for them."

Something that could help her. Scrolling through a website, her eyes caught the information she had been desperately searching for. She began to read, her heart thumping in her chest. "Mates are like soulmates. Each werewolf has a mate. Their mates are their destined soulmates and they are chosen by the moon goddess. Werewolves usually find their mates after their first shift which is usually between the ages of 16-17. Mates are very possessive of each other, especially the males...." She breathed as she paused. Then she continued.

“Good. Back to your question about the time limit. Remember, the mate who is being chased wants to be found. They’re not going to make it easy for you, though.” It’d been a long time since Solomon truly had to work for something. “After I find Lucia, then what?” “The two of you return to the pack house, where we will be waiting. In the olden days, werewolves consummated their mating as soon as they returned and in front of the pack. Now, the couple retires to one of their homes. Once they’re there, they make love. That’s when the mark happens. That’s pretty much what it sounds like too.”
