I hugged back, glad that someone was there to stand up for me... not like I needed it. I moved to pull away when I noticed that he was sniffing me like his life depended on it.

There was another kiss and he felt Christopher stood up. "Can i hug you one time? because I don't know if I'll be able to stand in front of you and ask for it.
