Torn Between Monsters
I snapped.
“I’m sure, with time, you’ll grow curious about who you really are,” she said, still smiling, which made me even more annoyed.
“I’m human, and there’s nothing to be curious about in a school filled with monsters,” I retorted and walked away.
My next goal was to call my mom and demand she come get me. I’d rather attend a school full of annoying girls and weirdos than be around literal monsters.
As I headed to my room, I passed some students. I had no idea if they were vampires, werewolves, incubuses, dragons, or witches—but I did my absolute best to hide from them.
