What It Means to be His

What It Means to be His

Looking amongst the lively city, Axel found himself pondering the purpose of their upcoming visits to their legitimate businesses. "You know, Don, I've always wondered about those puppet CEOs. They are just pawns in your grand game," Axel remarked, his voice tinged with cynicism. Abaddon turned to Axel, his stoic expression hiding the amusement that flickered in his eyes. Axel was an enigmatic figure with an appearance that matched his eccentric personality. His most striking feature was his pure white hair, which cascaded down to his shoulders in a wild and untamed mane. It seemed to shimmer like moonlight, a stark contrast to the darkness that often surrounded him. His hair held an otherwo

House of Horrors Part 1

House of Horrors Part 1

The Appearance of the Sun of Ages An elderly man in his late seventies, tall despite his gaunt frame. His skin is a deep, sun-burnt bronze, and his amber eyes gleam with a hidden fire, as if a tiny sun burns within each pupil. Long white hair falls over his shoulders, tinged with golden strands that catch candlelight like sparks from another world. His thick beard conceals a faint, unreadable smile.

Seducing The Mafia Lord

Seducing The Mafia Lord

He stands straighten on his back removing his dark shade while caressing his beards. "I'm Sheep by name and you?" His name sounds funny. Like what the fuck? Sheep? I tried not to gloat at his name. I only nodded accurately to his words well he was done battering with his words so I just tried to ignored him like a stud of cigarettes but he was hell bent.

Chased By The Light

Chased By The Light

I pleaded with the red-eyed man. His expression changed to one of ponder and I could see every line on his overly wrinkled face twitching. He had to have looked at least seventy years old, but from what I knew about witches and warlocks, he was probably a lot older than that. He had a long, pointy white beard that laid on his chest. If he had a kinder, fatter face, you could have mistaken him for Santa, but he was thin and frail looking. Maybe Santa's crack addict brother.

So lovely to see a book on this site using correct grammar. I don't love the sudden personality shift of the main character. I would have softened him originally if she was going to follow that behavior trend. However, overall, compelling story where you want to learn more about the characters.

The First Heir

The First Heir

The mysterious man in the distance walked over through the bamboo forest, and his every step seemed full of sword intent. In the bamboo forest, Philip could not see his face clearly at first, but now that he got closer, Philip could see him clearly. This mysterious man looked no different from an ordinary old man except for his beard and eyebrows. His long gray beard almost reached his stomach, and his eyebrows were like silver swords. He wore a long robe, which revealed his thin figure when the wind blew. Philip bowed and said respectfully, “Greetings, sir. My name is Philip Clarke.”

Noble Husband At the Door

Noble Husband At the Door

The old man smiled faintly and said, "Who said that I want to play chess with him? There is no more powerful person in Cloud City. Otherwise, with his strength, how can he be the president of the Go association?" Wang Mao was quite famous in the domestic competition, but this old man didn't take him seriously at all, because he was Shangguan Heibai, who was called the National Warrior. In the Chinese Go circle, all kinds of honor titles were soft to him. After he became famous, he changed his name to Heibai, which meant black and white. In his words, he had been playing Go all his life. As a real leading player in the chess circle, Samuel had also studied his chess manual.

Just from the preview it’s seems like it’s the charismatic Charlie Wade. It’s only written with different characters and slightly different way. I stopped reading charismatic because it’s too long and was not seeing the light and it’s now put to 5k chapters. Who reads a book that long. Make it a mo

This story has been keeping me entertained during my lunch breaks at work. Often leaving with a good cliffhanger. It's now been 4 days since update. If I do not see update tomorrow, I will delete the app. No more dollar from me. I know I am not alone.

The Almighty Dragon General

The Almighty Dragon General

Swoosh! A beam of white light descended from the sky, settling on the main hall and manifesting as an elderly man with white hair and an otherworldly aura. Clad in a white robe, the old man radiated an air of sanctity. The moment he materialized, he chastised, “After all these years, you’re still as rude as ever. Where has your contemplation led you during this time?”

This end is terrible. I strongly believe there is a volume 2 or part 2. I refuse to be left hanging and thinking of a million ways the whole thing played out. Patiently waiting for volume 2............

Nameless: The Darkness Comes

Nameless: The Darkness Comes

“Yes, he does. It’s a washed out gray and very wide.” “Are you done?” “And I think his beige-man hair guy’s name is Nathanial.” “Not Nate?” “Nope. Nathanial. And he’ll politely but firmly correct you if you call him anything else. ‘Hey, man,’ ‘No, my name is Nathanial,’ type of thing. Cripes, I don’t know if I can go out with him.” “Because of his beige-man hair guy named Nathanial?” “Maybe. And because I think I might like him.”

In search of true heart

In search of true heart

As the door swung open, a man of distinguished age stood in the entrance, his presence commanding attention and respect. He exuded an aura of authority, with an unmistakable air of wisdom and experience that seemed to wrap around him like a cloak. His long beard, peppered with strands of silver, added to his venerable appearance, framing a face weathered by time yet marked with a deep kindness in his eyes.

COUNTER MEASURES

COUNTER MEASURES

A voice called from the conservatory. I turned to see a rather tall man sitting in a wheelchair. I could tell he was tall by the way his legs stretched out onto the extended feet supports. His handsome face was concealed behind a long beard, mainly grey and above it I could see the spider’s web of broken veins. His eyebrows were bushy, with grey fingers of hair pointing to the side, but it was the hair on his head that drew the eye. It was bushy and wild, straggling down to his shoulders.
