Why Are Firetrucks Red Siri Novels & Stories

Episode 76 “Guys, we need guns!“ Decker yelled as Trina tried her best dodging the fireballs and also trying not to hit anybody as the city turned to Chaos people running up and down, buildings burning up and cars forming hold ups on the road. “Shit!“ Trina yelled as she had met a dead end and hit the steering wheel angrily, she reversed a little and swerved the car to the other street. “Watch out!“ Wilson screamed as a fire ball flew across their heads in slow motion and she hit the brake instinctively and made a reverse sharply, the fire ball hit the ground in front of them making a hole and dust filled the air.

Lawrence's POV: “Everyone, stay sharp and stay alert!” I shouted at the top of my lungs as the wail of sirens drew nearer. The approaching vehicles, their sirens blaring, were still a mystery. They could be the police or an emergency response team. I backed away, needing to catch my breath and focus through the swirling dust that enveloped us. As I peered through the haze, I saw the unmistakable flash of red and blue lights cutting through the chaos.

Angel looked at the other people standing near Yael and asked, "Why hasn't the fire truck arrived yet?" "I called them right after the fire broke out. They responded early but were blocked at the intersection by a parked BMW," the head of security hurriedly explained. "They're trying to push the white BMW out of the way, but it will take some time."

The fire roared and expanded, licking the part of the car that stayed intact. Sirens and screams wailed in the distance, and realization washed over me like a cold bucket of ice. There was only one person with a red Porsche. I didn’t know when a scream tore out of my lips. “Fumi!”

Fyro understands me but I don't understand him! "He said he can hahaha." Angel Grace answered with a laugh. "You're supposed to be cool because your language barrier with Fyro is destructive." I'm almost sick here. But I didn't speak anymore. I looked at the sea of Orcs. That's just hyperbole, the others might be literal. "Now Fyro," I told Fyro and he immediately breathed fire but it wasn't red fire but white fire! What the fuck? Is there a white fire? All I know is blue or red. What drama of white fire?

What the hell? Which pack is she from? And how is she even here? Weren’t we supposed to be informed if another Alpha family was visiting? And what does she want with beta Markus? I growl at my own question, despite the man being twice her age. She bares her teeth at him and her eyes flash red. Everyone, including Jerry and me, take a step back. I feel the fear and confusion rolling off everyone around me in waves. And rightfully so. You see - wolves don’t have colored eyes like our human parts do. They have pitch black eyes. Let alone such a bright, burning red color.

While James, Monica, and Harrison celebrated the end of Monica's flawless practice session, the neighbors who'd been alarmed by the fire were busy calling the fire station and questioning them with a frown. "Why did you people only send a single firetruck to deal with such a major fire at Jasper Heights? Do you not take our lives and safety seriously?" After a brief silence, the dispatcher explained, "We didn't receive any reports of a fire at Jasper Heights. Can I confirm with you that you're reporting a fire in the area? I'll send a fire crew out at once!"

My heart feels like it is in my throat. No, not our house. Please, Missy…. Please be safe. I put the truck in park on the side of the road, not able to get to the driveway because of the raging fire at the front of the house and the firetruck blocking the way. I yell at Hailey to stay put and run the rest of the way to the house which is almost completely engulfed in flames. “Sir, we are going to need you to-” a fireman tries to stop me, but I’m not having it. Missy is nowhere to be seen, and I’m fearing the worst.

“What?” “I tried to get her, I swear. Someone pulled me out before I could reach her—” My ears block out as the air in my lungs finishes. Where the hell is Levi? Isn’t he Alpha? I try not to shift the blame on him because she is under my care, and not his. A voice near the firetruck cuts through the static in my head. One firefighter, shouting over the roar of the hose, says, “We have to go in if the Alpha doesn’t come out. It’s our duty to protect him.”

He turned to the burning building. "The FBI is being attacked?" Reynold was shocked as he ran. He covered Iryna with his body, to protect her from shooters. "Seems so!" Selena replied. The parking lot was on fire, a few vehicles were still usable. "Where is the car?" Reynold asked as he stood there. He passed Iryna to Selena. "Give me the keys so I can bring it around, no way I can navigate through the burning cars with her," Reynold asked.
