Winter Moon Webtoon Novels & Stories

Fortunately, she was in the middle of the deck, being bathed in moonlight, and likely would be for most of the night. Leaving Selene there with one guard and one Omega, the other wolves left to join the Wolf Moon party. Liana had shifted, the Alpha and Luna were happily mated, Selene was recovering and would probably wake, healthy and whole, very soon. Everyone was light-hearted and anxious to celebrate. Snow fell soft and steady from clouds that were separated just enough to show the full moon. The tiny flakes sparkled and shimmered their way to the ground like confetti, as though the Goddess herself had thrown some down to celebrate with them. It was a perfect night for a celebration.

It was dark and still, yet the moon was brightly lit. Asteria's wandering mind couldn't help but recall Asher. He must've come back from this business right now. Looking up at the moon, she couldn't help but remembered how that man looked under the moonlight. The strange feeling often invaded her, yet at the same time, hesitation, exhaustion, and longing mixed into one. Jolted awake, Asteria realized that she had been in a trance. She looked up at the moon again and couldn't help the peculiar sensation as if it was following her.

“I can sense that you were once appointed by your previous alpha to be the beta of this group.” ‘If I am, what difference does it make then? Tell us what you mean and how you can do this to us without meeting in person?!’ “Funny, you can feel that through this link. It was already telling you who I was to all of you, and from there, it answers your questions. But if you were still doubting, I’m different from my family since I’m a vaewolf who grew up among the humans and just awakened blessed by the moon, which I bet you all could feel through here.” I gave them a brief answer before asking them one more time. “So are you still doubting the Moon’s connection with me to you?”

That's the kind of person I strive to be, and that's what keeps me fighting, clinging to this fragile thread of life with all that I am. In the encompassing darkness that envelopes my vision, the moon's celestial radiance pierces through, unveiling the divine presence that stands before me. It's as if the moon itself has taken form, radiant and ethereal, with fur that shimmers like stardust, and an aura of maternal warmth that envelops me. This is the Moon Goddess, the legendary figure woven into the tapestry of werewolf folklore. And here she stands, materialized before me, in all her majestic glory.

Chapter 4: Full Moon’s Claim The full moon hung heavy in the stormy sky like a watchful eye, casting silvery light through the attic windows of the old lodge. Elara stood by the dusty window, her braided hair falling over her shoulders, cream hoodie pulled tight against the chill that seeped through the cracks. Rain still whispered against the glass, blurring the pine forest beyond into soft, dreamy shapes. She felt like that young girl in the stories—reflective and uncertain under the cool blue glow of uncertainty—yet drawn toward something warmer, a golden pull she couldn’t resist. Her body hummed with the aftermath of stolen moments, a secret fire that made every breath feel heavier.

Seraphine’s POV The moon was full above Shadowfang and thousands of wolves were present under the moon. Wolves lit torches that burned in a wide circle around the ancient stone altar. Tonight was the night I finally became Luna, not just Rhydian’s mate in secret, but bound by blood and magic in front of the entire pack. I felt so excited. I stood barefoot on the cold stone, wearing the white gown the elders had chosen. My hands trembled a little, but I hid it and pressed them together.

Three weeks ago. The night of the blood moon. I ran alone through the high passes, heavy with young—nine moons along, the pup quickening with every step. The trail gave way. I tumbled, striking stone and ice, wedged in a crevice where the cold would finish what gravity began. I sent my call through the spirit-web to the healers. Needed the Alpha's permission to cut the pup from my dying flesh. Ninety-nine summons. Silence. The hundredth time, the bond stirred.

Kael recognized it immediately. “Moonwood.” Lucien shook his head. “No.” Kael frowned. “It looks exactly like” “The trees are different.” Kael looked again. The forest beyond the archway was silver. Every tree had pale bark. Every leaf glowed faintly beneath a moon that seemed much larger than the one in their world. Kael's wolf stirred. Home. They continued. The closer they came to the forest, the stronger the scent became. Rain. Silver flowers. Ancient earth.

Welcomed the viper into my nest. Did my kindness bring Sarah here? Or did Aiden plant his whore right under my nose? Not that it matters now. The Moon Goddess is erasing me piece by piece. My things vanish by the hour. [Reclamation countdown: one day.]

I knew we got our gifts from the Moon Goddess and that we have many celebrations surrounding different moon phases and cycles but besides that I knew the moon didn't literally affect us. "Yes. Unlike most wolves, runts actually rely on the moon for a lot of strengths that we experience regularly. We're in a new moon right now and apparently, in a new moon, runts can't access a lot of our abilities; such as quick healing. Her healing will begin again tomorrow, with the waning moon. It seems very likely that the healing will still be slow but it will be better than a human's still. If she doesn't fully heal in the next few weeks, I fully believe that her healing will completely return at the n
