“I meant heal, dumbass.” The past three days had somehow been very hectic for me. I had been doing a lot of studying. I had been studying about the nature of vampires and quite interestingly, Woodhidge had a lot of books and scrolls that had the history of every Supernatural that ever existed, alive or extinct.

I whisper, unsure if she can hear me in her unconscious state. I take the book from her arms and open it. I skim through it, anger boiling in me as I read it’s entries. This is why Alpha Jake wanted the book. He wants that potion, meaning he is working with dark witches. I turn to the back of the book and find there are some pages stuck together. I carefully pull them apart and my eyes widen with surprise.

My eyes were fixated on the witch at the top of the stairs thinking of all the ways I could kill her. 'Her blood will taste amazing,' Cinnabar was huffing and pacing in my mind. He was the only reason I'd made small progress of moving my arms. We could feel through the connection that Eloise was in pain. She was distressed. 'The pups,' my wolf growled out. A snarl ripped through my lips sounding muffled but loud enough to make the witch turn to us once again. She rolled her orange eyes at me stepping down the stairs with her arms crossed.

She wanted something different, something unique and wondered what that would be. She walked back to the shelve and started searching until a huge book with black and gold edges caught her attention. She pulled out the book and it read "The Witches Spell book." She gasped and guiltily looked around the Library. She had never been able to cast spells and she had even lost whatever powers she ever had. She pondered and contemplated between reading and dropping the book but her curiosity got the better part of her and off she went with the book to one of the seats she had just cleaned.

They failed to see the more atrocious enemy of their kind — the ones they later called the "Witches" The exact events during the final war on that island which used to be the Sanctuary of Beasts did not reach a single human ear for no surviving hero came home to tell them, although three witches made it back. However, the next thing they knew, chaos and fear spread beyond control. This time, by the hands of those who they once trusted with their future. Darkness succumbed almost the entirety of the world with Witches committing dreadful exploits everywhere, terrorized Kingdoms, and conquered territories. The worst thing; no one from heaven descended to aid them this time.

She opened it, flipping pages before she stopped and began to read. "Witches," she began, her voice a low whisper. "Witches are beings of immense power. She tossed the rubbish into a basket at her feet and flipped through a couple of open books curiously. “The Holy Inquisition,” she read the title of one of the works. “Heavy,” she took the book and put it down. - So, what do we have? "The Powers of the Elemental Witches," an entertaining read. She opened it about half way through and ran her eyes over the yellowish sheets. “Pffff, what idiot wrote that? If you read, so the Great Flood is our work.

In fact, I felt guilty, like I had messed up the window. “I guess we have to thank the witches for their amazing powers,” he said. I nod my head, walking to the books. “So, where do we find books about Lux?” I asked. “This library contains books about past alphas and everything they did. I have never come across Lux books,” he said. “So, how do we find it?” I asked.
