It leaned forward, a fraction of a surrender I refused to name, and that only seemed to excite him more.
He claimed my lips again, this time harder, more insistent, as if trying to erase every bit of restraint I had left. His hands braced on either side of me, caging me in, and the heat of him pressed close, making it impossible to think. My body betrayed me instantly, responding to every brutal, deliberate movement of his mouth.
Fear, anger, and something darker, something I couldn’t quite name, coursed through me in unpredictable waves. Every instinct screamed at me to shove him away, to tell him to back off, to put some space between us before I lost control completely.
