It’s his first night, nothing ever happens on the first night. And then as fast as it went, faster did it come back– that looming, menacing presence. For just ten metres away stood a hooded figure. And it was looking right at him. Dark as the night itself, silent as the wind. He can see nothing of it, other than how its eyes glowed. And then it ran. Not towards him. But somewhere else. Somewhere– the Dragon Gate. The young wolf sprinted, his body already knowing what that thing was before his mind could process what was happening. How could he not when they’ve been fighting its kind for centuries. It is embedded in their blood. Part of their very being.

However, my father had held me back, warning me that while the pack was excited for my arrival and my transformation, I was also dangerous to them. He wouldn't tell me more than that and I had no idea what to make of what he said. I was dangerous to them? Why? Our smell, Danika. As an omega, we can emit...certain smells that entice other wolves. What? Why? Why would we want to emit that? It's not something we can control.

"I am going to change everything and it's because of you, that I'm so certain. I haven't told anyone this because it was a time that I found doubt in myself–as a shifter and an alpha. A horrible accident nearly killed me when I was in Genoa and it effected my healing, strength, speed; everything," He put his head on her shoulder with a sigh, "I was afraid to lose who I was and in a desperate attempt to heal faster I found... unconventional advice. There is no exact scientifical explanation for rogue wolves because they are like an illness, but what if we introduced that into our normal DNA?" A series of sounds appeared at max volume in her mind, from screams to running steps–the swish of gra

"Awooo!" With a howl from the wolf king, dozens of black wolves charged toward Wilbur. He controlled his dragon aura to create a vortex, pulling in the wolves within a hundred-meter radius. The wolves were caught in the vortex, spinning around Wilbur, with many being torn apart by the violent dragon aura, turning them back into black mist. There were too many wolves. Soon, a dozen or so managed to break free from the vortex and lunged at Wilbur, who was at the center.

It continued distracting them. He grimaced but couldn’t resist his own urge.
