Wolfsbane Werewolves Novels & Stories

Caged in my own nightmare. I find my way back. By: Zingertje_123 I was always told stories about wolves, but this story was different. It was unknown for me. I never heard of it. The story started with… After the dinosaurs vanished from earth wolves took over the land. The first born wolves were born from the moon and the stars. They were a powerful individual. Some even say they were born out of the ashes of the meteor rain. They were bound by the moon goddess.

’ Pops knows how ‘reserved’ I can be. I have scars from wounds that were fresh when I was found as a pup that never quite fully healed. The Alpha and pack doctors think that they were done with something that contained either wolfsbane or silver. Wolves usually have very fast and excellent healing, even before our wolves come to us. We rarely ever get scars unless something was used, or the wounds are just too big. Wolfsbane and silver are like poison to werewolves. If either is used when cutting or whipping a wolf, the wound struggles to heal properly and in high enough doses it can be lethal.

I took a deep breath and continued, “But I do have one favor to ask. Can I please have some wolfsbane?” She looked back up, meeting my eyes, studying me, and cocking her head to the side. While she was human, Hugo told me that she knew about our kind. He and my mom were not the only werewolves she employed. “What do you need wolfsbane for?” “It’s personal.” I wasn’t telling her shit. “What form do you want it in?” “What forms does it come in?” “The two most common are dehydrated and a concentrated liquid—usually we sell the liquid form in darts.”

He waited until Vincent sat down on one of the sofas before turning his attention to the two of us. "Actually I still have a lot to talk to Vincent about, but it looks like there are more urgent matters," he said with a darkened expression. I immediately felt uneasy when I saw it. "What is it?" "Not you," he told me. Then Balthazar tilted his head at Alex. "The problem is with you. Brennan, you are an Alpha. So you know that Leykan and a werewolf can never mate?" Without preamble, Balthazar immediately threw his question.

“Anyway, so yeah, the two are related in the sense we both have the moon as our source, or rather, center of magic. I'll let John explain more about that one, but it all started with certain families who were given that ‘blessing’. As I mentioned earlier, many believe that it was done so by the entity that many call the Moon Goddess. And by many, I mean the vampires, mostly. And some of the werewolves.” “And they say, and by ‘they’, I mean the vampires, that when she made both them and werewolves, she then designated the vampires as the ones she would be directly linked to. And for this reason, a lot of us think that we’re more superior than the werewolves in every sense of the word. It soon

"What is it with you and wolfsbane?" "Whenever you're in an unfamiliar place, never touch anything without authorization. It might be one of the ways the enemy plans to fight you," Mendoza picked up a glove and walked towards Sarah. "Wolfsbane is a werewolf's greatest enemy. Even the strongest of us falters whenever it's used against him. Hence, I'm training my entire pack to be vigilant because humans now know of it and will use it against us whenever they get the opportunity." Sarah hissed, scraping off the sizzling part of her palm with her claw. "You could've at least warned your captives."

He crawled towards me with wide eyes and tried to reach for the arrow but I shook my head in pain. “What? You need it to get it out,” he hissed in irritation as he tried to grab the arrow sticking out from my stomach again but I grabbed his hand in warning and shook my head again with labored breath. “Wolfsbane,” I hissed from my lips. Our attackers had covered the arrow in wolfsbane. Xavier grew pale as he realized the meaning behind my words. Wolfsbane is lethal to wolves. If our attackers are shooting wolfsbane, then we don’t know what species of supernaturals they are but we know what they are not. Wolves.

She had to be losing her mind. She looked down at the book again and carefully turned the page. "As only a few mythical creatures can claim," she read, "werewolves have been described throughout different parts of the world for centuries. In the last century, several werewolf sightings have been recorded. The werewolf legend has spread across borders, even across seas and oceans. The shapeshifter wolf has the ability to change form at any time. Aggressive energy or anger may increase the likelihood of causing an unintentional transformation, so such shifters are cautioned to practice extreme discipline and self-control. Black and white werewolves, particularly, are also able to maintain the

No way in the whole wide world would it be happening. Sebastian stopped paying attention to them as he started through the field. They watched him move and, looking at each other, shrugged their shoulders and jumped through. It was a vast field, and no scent could be caught except that of the plant. Wolf's bane is the primary enemy of werewolves, even before you could think of the hunters themselves and their accompanying danger. This plant could not just keep a wolf from healing but, once fully ingested, could kill them in the most painful ways.
