New characters emerged, each with their own unique insights and abilities. One such character was Sirus, a reclusive scholar rumored to have deciphered ancient texts that held the key to the impending catastrophe. It made me slightly relax and breathe a sigh of relief. Staying in this world almost made me lost in time and comfort. I even caught myself doubting if I was really in the book. I almost got scared because of the unknown but thanks to the existence of this kid, I got my footing and sense back.

[ Chapter 1: Wish upon a star ] In a purple room with decors hanging around the walls, breaching winds upon the curtains comes in, and the woman who wore a smile. [Leah Su] Age: 20 Height: 5’6 Eyes: Brown Hair: Blonde Leah Su, the main character of this novella. She is 20 years old, blonde and beautiful. Upon her desk are books, papers, a small box and a reading eyeglass. She cupped a book with her bare gentle hands. Then she tapped it with a smile.

ARES Flipping to the next page was interesting. I was invested in the novel. The protagonist was crazy and it excited me. I kept itching to know what would happen next. I had made sure to ignore every call so I could finish the novel, but that didn't last for long all because of one person. Her scent flooded my thoughts the second she opened the door and it was stronger. I could swear she has gotten her wolf back. “Are you lost, sweetheart?” I asked, without taking my eyes from the book.

she sniffled, “and then they went away.” I stared at her blankly, not sure what she meant. “…Oh.” “Vidonia left,” she said miserably. “How am I supposed to continue reading if all the characters leave?” Wait, Vidonia? I had read this book and Vidonia was the female lead. I blinked slowly. Wait. She was crying over fictional characters disappearing from a book? “The characters left?” I repeated carefully. She nodded rapidly. “I can’t see them anymore,” she whimpered. Then she shoved the book directly into my face. “Can you see anything?!”

It’s strange twisting branches are now visible, swiftly moving with the wind. The woman was in awe. She then glanced at the animals that surrounded her. In an instant, her jaw dropped, witnessing the unusual features of every animal. One had four eyes, while others had flowers growing from their antlers. The critters on the woman’s lap moved, softly bumping their scarlet nose against her. Their gem-like eyes widened as their irises dilated in excitement. The woman responded to them, carefully caressing their faces. As she bowed down to meet the critters’ gaze, strands of her hair got loose from the back of her ear. Promptly, the waves bounced. Revealing its bright red hue.

Malikul opened the book that was still in the process of writing. His eyes focused on Shadow’s name and also her interaction with all the novel characters. “Does everyone know that they are just in a novel?” “They are, indeed.” “You’re telling me that they are voluntarily entering this novel for the sake of Shadow?” “You wish,” Wan scowled, adjusting his butt on the chair. “I have paid them a big sum on top of years of benefits.” “And some of them are coming from The Unknown?” He asked, eyeing Wan meaningfully.

I had a special liking for these particular characters and I just realized that I was willing to be insanely dedicated into building the lives of these characters. These characters are the Williams family; Yemisi, David, Alexander, Demi, Cassandra and Ebunoluwa. Yes, the characters I write about now and the characters y'all read about. It all started from me just drawing slim, unreal figures of each of them at the back of my examination question paper and then writing little little stories about them, news updates on my higher education note at school, and then moving on to writing actual stories of them individually in a long, hard cover notebook till I then stumbled on an app called Wattpa

the snake man said. "Y-You're Wonder, aren’t you?" Nova murmured in realization. The figure turned toward Nova. "Yes." "You're Wonder? I've often heard Steel and the others speak of you. You're still alive? You've been here all this time?” Nova grew excited. “Wonder, it's chaos out there. Can you help us defeat him?" she pleaded. Nova never expected to meet this legendary figure here. She had heard everything about Wonder, who protected everyone by leaving clues throughout the world. As such, she was unable to contain her excitement. She was overjoyed that there was now a chance for everything.

Smiling and gently tapping Marie’s head which the latter didn’t asks further about and went back to sleep placing her head comfortably on her thighs. “Just wake me up if we arrive home.” “I will.” She whispers, then she looks back at the book on her hand and reads the chapter where the author introduces the said character. Deep and more than convince that the character is not just a simple depiction of Kyle. A character that is foreshadowed to him, but more than that. “The book of wonderland. I wonder who is the real Alice?” She closes the book and place it beside her. She then looks at the dark sky without any stars twinkling above. Thinking and wondering for those two things.
