Writing A Novel In The First Person นิยาย & เรื่องราว

Draven(and his wolves) are the first matured characters I've ever written in a first pov(I mostly do young adults, and also write in third person pov. So I'm trying not to mess him and his inner thoughts up. And not make him cringe worthy. So yes, I'm taking my dear time with each words—making me unbearably slower than ever.(You can also notice my writing style has changed in this vol— different from the first chapter of this book—Arielle's story) So please, bear with me. I deeply apologize for the late updates. These have nothing to do with the late updates these few days though—only the exams do.

It was still quite early, so I picked up notebook from under the couch. I was good. Really really good. I blushed as I read the previous chapters of my own book, heavily influenced by real life actions that had happened in this very house. This was so much better than any of the erotica I had read. This was so personal. I no longer had to try to fit myself into the main character’s point of view to enjoy the book because the main character was me. The pen glided smoothly across the paper as the actions got more and more intense. I could recall exactly how his hands had trailed down my neck to my nipples and then further down to my sensitive nub. It was so easy to write when I could actually

"He can't get rid of me. I know how to press on his buttons. He wants to piss me off. I can piss him off ten times better." "Put some clothes on before you freeze to death." I laughed at her. I can't believe that Claire just did that. It was crazy but I couldn't really get mad at her. I am really impress with her. She does whatever she likes to hell with everyone. I couldn't sleep so I decided to just work on my new book. I decided to write the story using the stalkers perspective. I rarely write from a man's point of view but I think it's vital for this story. It's like being inside a crazy person's head and how he twists the truth into his own truths.

Speechless! This word best describes what I was feeling right now. Do you know that you were amazing readers? Yes, you who stayed with me until this page. When I first started writing this story, I had so many trepidations. I did not think I would be able to pull this through. First, it has a little similarity to my previous novel, Billionaire Ex Wants Me Back, but my editor believed so much in my draft that she encouraged me to consider doing this. (My heartfelt thanks to Lyra Pinter, who had been a constant source of support.)

This is my very first book that I wrote, first of everything. I didn't know anything about writing so please keep that in mind ㋡ . As some might be in wrong grammar or not the correct phrases, Please bare with me as this is my only way of releasing stress and wheny thoughts were wondering . 🙂 Please be kinder with side comments as I am willing to learn and can be corrected. Some of the events for the entire story will be non fictional and fictional as some charecteristics and stories were based on my daily life experience.

Maeve had been immersed in writing for almost three months. The early morning hours had become her sacred territory. After everyone was asleep, she would go downstairs to the veranda or the small corner she used as an improvised office, open her laptop, and let the words flow. The book — her first work of fiction — grew like something alive inside her. Lira, her protagonist, gained layers with every night. The three men who loved her gained depth, flaws, and redemption. Maeve wrote about pain, about unconventional love, about the power of rebuilding oneself. But her body was paying the price.

— ¶ ¶ — POINT OF VIEW This story is written in dual first-person POV. You will live primarily inside Raven’s head because that is where the real war is fought. The perspective of other characters would appear selectively when their inner worlds deepen the emotional stakes. You will always know whose head you are in. I will never leave you lost or hanging. Trust me. — ¶ ¶ — AUTHOR'S NOTE Thank you all genuinely. Out of everything you could be reading right now, you chose this. That is not something I take lightly.

Every tiny movement seemed so deliberate, as if he knew the outcome of everything he did, said, and thought. A small sigh escaped my lips before I tried looking back down at my own book. It was third-person narration—a style that could be super exciting in a crime novel or something like that—but here it gave absolutely no insight into the characters. For fun, I tried flipping ahead a few pages to see if anything remotely interesting happened, but no—just as dry and dull as the start. I closed the book and stood up.
