Yami's Sword Novels & Stories

I need my sword. Reaching behind my back, I feel the cool, smooth texture of my marking shift beneath my fingers. There’s a brief moment where the ink pulses, almost as if it’s alive, before it solidifies into the hilt of my sword. I draw it out, feeling the familiar weight settle into my hand. The blade hums with energy, a glowing blue that pulses in time with my heartbeat. This sword is mine, a part of me, born of my blood and soul. Athena’s gift, forged from my very essence.

The witches closed in, their laughter echoing like a chorus of nightmares. Something inside Aqua snapped. A surge of dark energy, unfamiliar and terrifying, welled up within her. She felt her pendant grow hot against her skin, the clear crystal turning black as smoke. The air around her crackled with raw power as she turned back towards the attackers, her fear morphing into a blinding rage.

sneered the swordsman, driving his blade mercilessly into the man’s back, piercing through to his belly. “My husband!” screamed the woman in anguish, clutching her daughter tightly as tears streamed down her face. The little girl’s wailing soon joined her mother’s cries, filling the night with sorrow. “Finish them all! I must return to Leader Huang,” the swordsman declared coldly, yanking his blade free from the lifeless body at his feet. The man wearing a black headband, emblazoned with two downward-curving golden lines, burst forward with lightning speed toward the circle of swordsmen who were besieging a lone warrior of the Sacred Dragon Sect.

"You filthy lowlife! You will tremble in the face of death and face your demise as you deserve to." Cyrus opened his mouth all of a sudden, spitting out a dagger. The dagger was completely black in color. It was covered densely in runes, emitting a terrifying aura as soon as Cyrus held it. "Be careful, sir! That's a Ghost Sword, it has the power to decay anything," Yumi shouted. There were too many ninjas in the room, and many of her men were already injured. Yumi had no choice but to join the battle, two swords appearing in her hands as she slashed her way into the battlefield.

Boro and Mika stood in the sand circle as the two finalists. The animosity between the two was so thick in the air it was almost palpable. Boro stood in the ready form, Crane In The Water, standing perfectly balanced on one leg, his sword held out before him. Mika stood in a form that Boro didn't recognize. Boro prided himself on knowing all the forms of classical, and modern, sword art, the fact he didn't recognize this one was puzzling.

Hikari keep attacking Yami and caused Yami to fell to the ground. Hikari pointing his sword at Yami. Yami laughed and says "So, where did this come from? Well, just kill me instead. Did you will be happy to see someone like me die?" Hikari didn't say anything. Yami didn't have any strength to fight Hikari. Suddenly Hikari holds the sword down. Yami was so shocked when he saw that. However, he didn't try to fight Hikari. He thought Hikari was planning for something. So he just says to Hikari "Well, if you didn't want to end me. then in this situation, it looks like I'm losing. So let me leave then." Yami stands up and going to leave the place.

It took in a deep breath for another belch of flame. I extended my hand out. "Sword!" Nothing happened. The dragon's maw opened wide, ready to spit flame. "I am Nami! Sword!" The Aurora Sword flew from the trees. It landed in my hand just as the black flames extended from the dragon's mouth. The Aurora Sword lengthened and split the flame in two. The sword, my armor, and my wings all emanated white and rainbow light as I held fast against the black flame.

said Papa Bois. “You’re saying I can’t draw the Vermillion Sword and Titan cannot wield the Crimson Axe even when faced by the ligahoo?!” Snapped Hayden. Papa Bois nodded serenely. “But I can use a different sword? Just not this one?” Clarified Hayden, drawing the Vermillion Sword. The metal sang as it hit the air. The sword seemed to almost pulsate in the presence of the Bow. Hayden stared at the sword as it began emitting the same glow as the Amber Bow.
