He said nothing but something in his eyes told me that he already knew. "It was your dear mother, it's funny you know... because I thought she was dead." I rolled my eyes, "But for some reason, all the dead people in my life somehow come back to life and they make their way into mine and screw it up."

I said, "Oh, right. For some time moving forward, you will be confined to your bed 24/7. "Enjoy these upcoming days of not having anyone to care for you. After all, that was what I had to go through previously."

The scar where they took my liver still ached faintly. My dad let out a heavy sigh. "Noah, I'm telling you one last time. My daughter is dead. Believe it or not. Now get out of my house, or I'm calling the police!"
