Romans & histoires Zodiac Academy 5

They drag a few inches on the ground and I won’t be surprised if hers are the biggest here. I tear my eyes away from her wings to Mr. Night calling for attention. “Today we are going to continue our preliminary skill tests, we will go outside and you will fly as high as you can before flying as fast as you can, and tomorrow we will test strength, we’re going to start with Jadyn so you transfers can see what you’re supposed to do,” he announces and everyone immediately starts chattering excitedly. We all follow him outside to the massive green field behind the academy. I move aside from the group, settling onto the ground at the top of the hill where the grass in unkempt and grows taller than

"Nice to finally meet you, Luna." "Luna?" I frowned at him. "You are ... ?" He held out his hand to me, "Edward Adler. Alpha from the Silver Moon pack." He lowered his head to kiss the back of my hand. "Alex Brennan is a really lucky guy." he said after letting go of my hand. Her voice matched the expression in her cold eyes.

Now I want to know how it will look in Slateville. " It's the number one best academy in Slateville and expensive too. It is owned by the Witch queen, victoria hale. It's a place for every species in a single academy. I thought of joining Vampire academies only for vampires but my mother wants me to go to Sapphire which as many qualities and advantages than others." he explained with full excitement. " It's amazing. seeing all species in a single academy. Will there be Werewolfs? fairies?" I questioned.

As if Capra’s chest had exploded, the floorboards below him even cracked open like a spider’s web. This so-called Capra of the Quintus family’s Twelve Zodiacs was defeated with one punch from Tyr. No words could describe Zayn’s current feelings. As if the light in his world had suddenly extinguished. What… situation was this? Like a wooden post, Zayn was rooted to the spot. His world views had been utterly crushed. That was the Quintus family’s Twelve Zodiac, a top-ranking expert in the entire southern region. It was said that Capra’s claws could slice open metal and rocks, but he didn’t even manage to show Tyr the might of his claws earlier.

“Why have you been siphoning energy from those who didn’t pass training?” Chancellor Thorne summoned a chest piece with the same eyeball symbol as our badges. “What the hell is that thing?!” Daryl said. “This is the main console of the siphon that allows me to extract the life energy from others,” Thorne said. “The Academy is housed in another dimension caught in the middle of yours and the one where Akarrius once was. When I approached this dimension, I realized my physical form was dwindling. It requires life energy to sustain my presence in this realm. Those who failed training at Zen Academy became fuel to sustain my body.”

The climate in the room rises as hours count down to a critical moment of our assignment. Moving around the ill-organized table covered in maps and papers, the team gathers, standing in the midst of the preparations. Jake is looking straight at me, and although it is only for a few seconds, I can discern a shyness that does not often show itself. “How do you even manage it, Zea?” Jake’s voice is soft, his face intense. This is the question that was raised by the character: ’’Can I have fife being a mother and a killer at once?’’

“Ohh that, well, we don't officially have a name for it, seeing it only began appearing at the start of this academy year and well it only seems to happen to the Alpha's, but for now, we call them the beast.” Beast huh… it suits it well to be honest, my eyes continue to stay focused on the creature, how rampaging and disgusting it looked. “This is the fifth one we have had now, and it seems that to be an infection of some kind,” she paused, letting out a sigh, “Well the council hasn't found out anything solid about it yet though.” “And which Alpha is this beast?” I continued my question with my eyes still glued on this creature for some strange reason. “I heard it Kai Nightfold, heri alpha t

And in Utah, at Storm Academy, Celeste Valentina Morau—born 2011, ancient wizard bloodline finally awakened in fire and storm—had already signed off on the boy who wrote he had nothing to lose. Because sometimes the ones who expected death were the only ones strong enough to carry new life. Or so the legends went. Nico didn’t know any of that. He just knew the bell would ring soon. And when it did, he’d walk back to the dorm with Kai still chattering, Jax smirking, Theo watching quietly. He’d lie on his bunk and stare at the ceiling. And wait for whatever came next. Because that was all he’d ever done. Wait. And survive. 🩸

There's an email from AC that I'm pointedly ignoring because I don't know what to do. Me, Zach, Max, Eliot and Oscar have enough credits to pass the year... just. But our attendance isn't good enough. After Zahra's kidnapping, we basically stopped attending, and while the academy has given us some discretion under the circumstances, it's still touch and go whether we'll pass the year. Even if we do, we'd still have to return next year for our final year. Now I'm mated, I really fucking don't want to.

Like something that has been asleep for a very long time and is not quite asleep anymore. I open my eyes. Zara is watching me with her pen stopped above her notebook. She read the change in my expression before I said anything. "What is it?" she asks quietly. My hands are completely still. No silver light. No temperature change. The grounding held perfectly — the power stayed exactly where I put it, contained and quiet, while something ancient and enormous breathed in the dark directly below our feet. "Zara," I say, keeping my voice very steady. "How deep do the academy's foundations go?"
