Jasmine's male best friend, who always had a glib tongue, turned into nothing more than a hideous creature trying to survive. He grabbed his screaming 'friend' and tossed Jasmine at the pouncing zombie.

" I smiled softly. Just as I was about to reply to Jessie, Curtis suddenly barged in. "Hazel Falken! What have you done to Bree?" I didn't understand what Curtis was talking about and looked at him with a clueless expression. However, that only seemed to anger Curtis even further. He roughly grabbed me by the arm and said, "Bree's having a high fever! Don't tell me that you weren't the one who infected her with the zombie virus!" I froze in shock. "What zombie virus?" "You got jealous of her because I liked her and not you, so you infected her with the zombie virus! Let me tell you this, Hazel Falken. Even if Bree turns into a zombie, I'll still marry her, not you!"

His finger curled and pressed, and I completely shattered. The world around me began to fade as he moved his finger even faster. Her curses stopped abruptly because the lifeboat suddenly tilted violently. A horde of zombies grabbed the boat from underwater! "Ah! Get away! Don't touch me!" Winnie kicked and struggled frantically at the rotting arms, but to no avail. Hans desperately struck the zombies with the oars, pleadingly looking at me. "Clarissa! Please! For the sake of our years together..." I silently watched them struggle, feeling calm. My voice was soft, yet each word pierced the heart, "Hans, do you know that you pushed me into a horde of zombies in my past life?"

Xia grip on the zombie neck tightened, her twinkling phoenix eyes as if it had stars in them as she slowly approached the zombie ears, she says, “I forgot to tell you. I am immune to zombie virus” she muttered so sweetly but her words were still regarded as if every word she uttered was covered with thorns, it sent goose bumps to his greyish skin and sent chills to his infected cell for the last time, before he felt his body exploding.
