Betty’s PoV

“Hi,” I flip my hair to the back gently. I managed to get Echo’s business number. She is the easiest to talk to among the West siblings. Starting with her first is the best choice. My only choice.

“Betty?” She shrieks on the other side just in time for me to drop my humility act.

“Hey, girl! Didn’t think you’d recognise my voice!” I smile, excited at her ability to remember after many years.

“You tell me...” She chuckles, after which she cleared her throat. “I know you have a reason for calling so let’s not deceive each other. What’s it?”

Now that’s the Echo I remember. She was our playmate when we were younger. One day she chose not to associate herself with I and Eros. Although we were understanding but it didn’t make the pain any less.

I was hurt and got over it after many years.
